    Waited for 15 minutes and the hostesses came and went multiple times, completely ignored, never been treated so rudely at a restaurant before. I left without eating and looked for a different restaurant. I will never eat again at this restaurant, sadly customer experience is of no priority here.

    It was Mother’s Day and of course it was very busy but our service was great. Food was delicious. Didn’t wait long for our food. Enjoyed it so much.

    We’ve never had a bad meal here. Service is overall decent. Haven’t really had any issues except when they are super busy and the food comes out slowly. Other than that I highly recommend. Parking lot is busy and sometimes hard to park. There are 4-5 fairly popular restaurants in that lot so keep that in mind.

    We hadn’t been to PF Chang’s in quite a while but the food never disappoints and the service provided by Mimi was outstanding.

    I recently had the pleasure of dining at P.F. Chang's, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The crispy honey chicken paired with fried rice was an absolute delight, with each bite bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced textures. And let's not forget about the Great Wall of Chocolate – their signature chocolate cake that's simply divine. It was the perfect ending to a delicious meal. What truly elevated the experience, though, was the impeccable service provided by our waitress. She was attentive, friendly, and always went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. She kept checking on us throughout the meal, making sure we had everything we needed, including any sauces or condiments for our dishes. Overall, P.F. Chang's exceeded my expectations in every way. The delectable food, the inviting ambiance, and the outstanding service made it a dining experience to remember. I can't wait to visit again soon.

    Lettuce wraps and express lunch were good, but the staff seemed lost and the hostess was rude about me making a reservation 20 mins from the time I got there. Didn’t really know who our server was and it was confusing. Hopefully I just came at a bad time, will maybe give them another chance in the near future
