We went to PF Changs in St Charles for my daughter’s birthday. We had made reservations and when we arrived we were seated in the bar area at a large high top. We ordered drinks from our server and a bit later she took our appetizer food order which came out promptly. We had another server come and ask about taking our order which we told her it had already been placed. We then order a couple more appetizers and my daughter ordered an entree. The apps came out quickly but the entree we had to wait on. We then asked for our check and asked for the entree to then be boxed. One server brought our food check and another brought our drink check. Not sure why they were not combined. Service in general was a bit slow and the manager came and checked on us a few times and brought cake with a candle for my daughter’s birthday. Not sure where the disconnect happened and why we had two different servers and two different checks but it was a bit confusing. Food was great and maybe they were short staffed as most places seem to be. The manager was kind and gave us vouchers for free apps the next time we came.

The service was ok but the food was below average. The egg rolls were much better than my main dish. I will not return.

I accidentally left my purse there and it was returned to me when I showed up the following day with everything in tack, including the cash. Thank you to the amazing staff!! Honestly, honesty is not what I was expecting and I was happy to be proven wrong!

The food is always good here. We’ve gone to eat here 2 times in the past several weeks- the service is just terrible- after we got seated and ordered it took over an hour to get our food- the waiter could have at least kept our drinks attended to but that didn’t happen either- his excuse was that he was just slow. Not planning on going back

Had 6:30 reservations- got there at 6:20 and were told we would be seated in a few minutes. We weren’t seated till after 7:00. Took over 30 minutes to get our table drinks. Ordered a bottle of Riesling wine but they were out of ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio - they were out of it also. Switched to Tito’s vodka but they were out of it also. Food was good. Service was slow and disappointing.

We had a reservation and the hostess area was a mess. Extremely unorganized. We waited 30 mins past our reserved time and decided to just eat at the bar. On a positive note, the bartender took great care of us and the food was hot and good.
