Had a reservation for Mother’s Day and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Reservation was for 6:30, didn’t get seated till 7. They were out of high chairs. Under the table we were seated at was filthy (food, crayons, chopsticks). Ordered and didn’t get our food until 8:40. Just had them box it up and left. This location sucks.

Sadly, PF Chang’s is going downhill. We went on Mother’s Day with a reservation. Naturally, it was busy as expected. We were seated within 20 min of reservation time. The problem started after being seated. Our server let us know that the kitchen was running 60-80 minutes behind. Once our food finally came out, the portions were less than half what they normally are. I guess they did that to get more people fed faster? We were a party of 8 and ordered 3 appetizers and 6 entrees but it wasn’t enough food. I had to tell the kids to go heavy on the rice. All in all, we were there for just over three hours for what should’ve been a one hour visit. And a $312 bill before tip and left not stuffed, but not full either. Will have to really think hard before returning. At those prices for less than half their normal serving portion, it’s a hard pass for now.

Overall a nice dinner. The food was good standing alone but I dressed it up with sauce and it was much better.

I just wish one time the food would be hot! We only keep coming back because we don’t have another to go to. The soup was touch hotter than food but for egg drop soup…. There was no egg. Even the fried rice had no detectable/ visual egg. The waiter even asked us if we wanted the egg!

Service was amazing but the food was marginal at best. It had been over 10 years since we had been to PF Chang's and were a little disappointed.

Everything was very good. It wasn't too busy. I probably didn't need to make a reservation. Prices are high, just like every restaurant these days. Overall very good. Our server was nice. She needed to come around more often, but it was fine.

Love to stop here for dinner and is in a central location. The staff is friendly and we are usually seated quickly. We love the cod, chow mien, sesame chicken, potstickers, kung pao chicken with brown rice. The sauces are flavorful and authentic.

As usual the dining experience at P. F. Chang’s is second to none. The customer service is excellent and the food is prepared with the best ingredients and quality. Our server Tiffany was extremely helpful and courteous. Definitely worth the time and money well spent.

Our service was excellent and our food was delicious. We had the short rib fried rice, and the miso salmon along with lo mein noodles with shrimp.. Everything was served, hot and fresh.

Service was excellent, food was very good, a bit pricey though. Disappointing that they've gone to QR menus and paying, like we as a society need to spend more time on our digital idiot boxes. Appears everyone in the restaurant is gawking on there phones and ignoring each other. Changed and minimized their menu, still good though.

We arrived at the restaurant and were told they don’t honor Open Table reservations but since it was still early (5pm) they had no problem seating us right away. We waited 10 minutes and my husband asked someone sweeping the floor if they could find our waiter/waitress. Another 5 minutes went by before we were waited on. Once we got served everything was fine……until we got the check. We had mentioned it was our DIL bday and the waiter brought a desert our…..when we looked over the check they had charged me for a bottle of club soda (I asked for a Grey Goose with soda water) in addition to the vodka AND we were charged for the dessert they brought for our DIL. We didn’t ask for the desert!! Other than that, we were surprise at how “unbusy” they were for a Saturday night (we left around 7 pm).

The husband and I went for our anniversary. They had a table set up for us before we arrived complete with a cute card wishing us a happy anniversary. Food was delicious and service was great.
