Our food is always amazing. It was great to be able to sit outside and enjoy people watching while we dined and the temp was just right with all the shade.

Great food and service which you would expect from PF Chang. They've been doing both for a long long time. But this location is special. Located in Planet Hollywood Hotel, just steps from the casino, with beautiful interior decorating and ambience, lively bar scene, second level indoor seating, and all just steps from Las Vegas Blvd. Great people watching on the sidewalks. Outdoor AND indoor seating, I've been to this location many times, and it never disappoints!

Everything was excellent with the exception that a soda water cost over $5.00 We understand Vegas prices are high, but a soda water should not cost $5.00

Server messed up my order twice and then got an attitude like I did something wrong. Maybe if I hadn’t seen him in the casino drinking right before I got to the restaurant I would have chalked up his behavior to a bad day. I have never had such service from a restaurant in Las Vegas.

Love coming to P.F. Chang’s. The food and service have always been top shelf. This visit was exceptional! Our server war was really great and our apps and mains were super delicious and plenty of food for us both. We’ll be back because it’s so good!

Great food and service. Ray is great! Caroline, too. Loud when crowded. Hot soup was served. Entree came two mins. later and sat getting cold while we hurried through the hot soup. Felt very rushed. They did the same thing last visit. Poor kitchen management?

We were greeted by a hostess who apparently did not wish for us to dine at PF Changs Las Vegas Planet Hollywood. We had a reservation and the restaurant was nearly empty. She sent us back out into the casino and told us she would come get us when it got closer to our reservation time (we arrived 6 minutes early). Once seated, we had an amazing view of the kitchen. One advantage to looking at the kitchen was seeing the PF Changs mission statement hanging on the wall. “We are truly glad you are here and we will do everything we can to make you want to come back.” The hostess continued to act as if she was very bothered to be working. The waiter was cordial, but was also unhappy to be working. Our drinks were served after sitting at the bar for 15 minutes. The portions of the meals were tiny, but pricey. And, the food was over cooked. Unfortunately, our entire experience was contrary to their mission statement. We won’t be returning.

We had to wait 10 extra minutes than our reservation and even though they were out of the one thing I wanted to order, the short ribs so we managed on ordering something else. Great value especially on the strip for a romantic Anniversary dinner and because it was our anniversary they gave us dessert and sparkles. Our server was also so very attentive and nice, they were top notch nice.

Food and service have always been great here. We stay at the Elara and after a long day of meetings it’s nice to not have to leave the property except to walk through the mall.

We shared a shrimp dumpling and a pepper steak. We are two old ladies and can't eat much. Both dishes are delicious. I gave it a thumb up.

Overall, experience was good, Service and most of the food was very good, great flavors. However, my daughter’s lettuce wrap had HAIR mixed in! Completely unexplainable… hard to separate the GOOD from AWFUL I have a difficult time rating the dinner. I like PF CHANG’S, but when one dinner is unexceptionable, it completely ruins the entire experience.
