I have celiacs disease and the waitress was very attentive to my gluten allergy. Our food came out quickly and was hot, fresh, and delicious!

Fantastic! Christina was amazing and so helpful! I live a ways away from the restaurant and needed some help with decorating the table, logistical issues. Man, what an awesome job she did and my granddaughter loved it!! It was perfect! The service was above and beyond, great job! The whole night was wonderful! Thanks again for an unforgettable night!

I keep wondering, does the management at this location have quota to fill so they hire inexperienced young servers who don’t really want to be there? We had a female server. I don’t even remember her name, she didn’t smile once We asked her for water refill 2! times and never got it. And watching her at the tables next to us she behaved exactly the same way, like she wasn’t interested in being there. Service at this location is very inconsistent compared with the Happy Valley Road location, which is always good? Only this location is closer to my friend and she prefers it Maybe the manager here should take lessonson how to hire qualified servers from that location who are professional and friendly and at least make believe they like their job?

PF changed its Happy Hour and main menu for the worse. My wife’s favorite main menu dish was sea Bass-Gone! Happy Hour Sushi, Gone! Now only: Crispy fried beans, Fried wontons and Dumplings—so FRIED, FRIED & STARCH. No options for my wife the health nut. We won’t be back for Happy Hour.

Jada provided great service. Japanese Old Fashioned was a delicious take on a traditional cocktail. Always enjoy the chicken lettuce wraps but miss the iceberg. The normal cast of characters including pork potstickers, Mongolian beef, Chang’s Spicy Chicken, and chicken fried rice were all delicious as expected.

Everything was great - the food, the service, and the hosts accommodated our request to sit in a "quieter" area. We went pretty early (5:30 pm on a Friday night) so it wasn't too crowded. The only aspect that may have been an issue was that when I checked in, the hosts didn't have our reservation because they "did not look at the OpenTable" reservation list. It was a non-issue as it was early, but may have been an issue if it was later and more crowded. In the future, I am going to confirm with the restaurant with any reservations I make through OpenTable.

We had birthday reservation for 5:45pm.was seated immediately upon arrival. We would have preferred an oriental softer music instead of the loud modern music. Waitress was attentive timing out Beverages, appetizers and entrees perfectly. There was no acknowledgment that we were celebrating a birthday while we noticed other tables did. Otherwise, we will be returning for another delicious meal.

Meal was fine. Food delicious as always. Not a lot of wait staff and our waitress was “running” as she seemed to have minimal assistance. She was friendly and efficient. Had a delicious pot of hot oolong tea which I would recommend on a chilly night!

Had a reservation and several people came in without reservations and were seated ahead of us. We were not early. Almost left, but reluctantly stayed. Server was great and almost made up for the poor start. Food was good, but very pricey for the portions. It’s like this place doesn’t realize that most restaurants are going back to their pre Covid portion sizes. I know prices have gone up, but this place used to be packed always. It was half empty. I believe customers know something and they’re pricing themselves out. Every other restaurant in the immediate area was packed.

Food was not like the picture. It was greasy and drenched in an orange sauce.. The plate was dirty, the booth was dirty and there was hair hanging from the ceiling and in the booth seating.

Server was overly attentive and came to our table, at least five times asking if we were ready to order our entrées while we were eating our starter dish?! VERY overly attentive, and I don’t know if that was because she’s inexperienced or has gotten complaints of not being attentive, but it needs to be reigned in. Food was tasty and service timing once ordered, was good.

We were staying in a hotel just a couple blocks from the restaurant. On Open table we were able to select a reservation for 30 minutes out, but this was hard for the restaurant to honor

Our service was excellent. As always, food tasted good going down, but immediately felt bloated with discomfort. I forgot to order no MSG and lower salt… we paid for it.

For a while we had not been impressed with PF Changs at any location so we gave it a break. This was the first time we decided in a long time to try it again. We were pleasantly surprised in all respects. The food was delicious, the drinks are excellent and the service was perfect. If PF keeps this up they will get back on our regulars list. Enjoy

Food was just so so. It was very expensive and portions were less than satisfactory. It was very cold there and we had complained to the server who told the manager. The manager gave me some ridiculous reason why it was so cold and why he was limited in what he could do. It was so cold there that our food couldn’t stay warm. I won’t be going back here again!

Very disappointed by the food quality and taste. The rice was clearly leftovers from a prior day… the dishes were bland… the only positive was the beautiful building and friendly staff.

Usually we have great experiences with open table reservations. We made a reservation on open table for this restaurant and they refused to honor it. They said they would just put us on the wait list with a 45 minute wait and that open table was “just a third party vendor”. We had been traveling and were hungry and with the rudeness of the hostess and manager at front we told them to cancel the reservation. We walked across the street to The Social Club on 83rd and had a wonderful meal, great service and no attitude. Won’t be back to PF Chang’s — too many other places with good Asian food

If you want delicious Asian and Chinese food, go to PF Changs. The food is plentiful and simply delicious. My wife and I dine there as frequently as we can. We ordered spring rolls and spicy green beans for appetizers and honey chicken and Kung Pao shrimp for the meals. All was great and well cooked. It just makes sense to go there.
