PF Changs used to be consistently good. Not sure why that is no longer the case. We have noticed the restaurant is no longer full, staffing seems short and most of all the food is inconsistent. For example, I order Buddha's feast in a brown sauce every time I go and each time it is served differently. One time the tofu is deep fried, next time just sautéed. I believe the menu says no pea pods and sometimes it is heavy with pods to the exclusion of other veggies. The consistency is just off.

Not good. Food wasn't good. Restaurant was too hot. Used to love going there but it was quite terrible and as a family - we won't be returning. Sad.

My husband and I walked out of PF Changs saying “that was just OK.” We will be just fine if we don’t make it back there again. Service was wonderful and SO FAST! But the food, despite its great presentation, lacked in flavor. The Orange Chicken was dry and the Pad Thai didn’t have much flavor, I needed to add soy sauce for a little something more. The Edamame was good! And the Crab Wontons were real crab, which was awesome, but again, just missed the mark with flavor. Ambiance was great.

I picked Changs for my Birthday lunch! Knew the food and service would be outstanding! Entire staff works well to deliver a great dining experience! Try the Sangria, now my new fav summer drink! Thank you to our server Diana for making sure our experience was outstanding😀

I’m hoping our experience was a one off because normally food and service is very good. Last night, food and service was poor at best. Ordered the same entree I always order in a brown sauce. Came out wrong. Other entree was lukewarm. Wait staff said mine was brown sauce but then came out with bowl of brown sauce - mind you, after my husband went to find her. Usually a manager walks around surveying tables. Not yesterday. Overall, a disappointing experience.

The food and service were both excellent. The only issue we experienced is they were short steamed rice when the meals were served. They jumped into action and brought brown rice as a substitute and when the check came without me even mentioning anything, they added a discount for the inconvenience. This was exceptionally responsive and not something most places would even consider.

We arrived on time for our reservation and were seated quickly. The server was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, our food was not very warm. The dumplings arrived in a bowl instead of on the steaming hot plate with sauce poured on, and were not very warm. The entree was good but, again, not a great temperature.

Made a reservation for dinner. Got there and decided to try happy hour drinks and appetizers. These items were a great value and they were served quickly and were very tasty. They included calamari, lettuce wraps and dumplings. Great service and after these, were too full for dinner. Recommend you try happy hour if you never have. We will be back.
