Service was outstanding. Food was ok not great. I remember the meat being more tender and having more flavor.

Enjoyed the lettuce wraps but they should give you a bit more lettuce. Also ordered chicken lo mein and shrimp in lobster sauce. Both were a bit on the salty side but OK. Ambience is always good at P.F. Chang’s and Sunday night is a good night to go as the restaurant is quieter and easier to get a table immediately.

We were looking for an early dinner, we craved fresh, quality and value. We chose P.F. Chang’s. We veered off our usual, we noticed a “Chef’s” value meal. What a deal, soup or salad, appetizer and entree, under $20 per person. Today’s economy an extraordinary deal. Our experience exceeded all expectations. We will be back, we highly recommend P.F. Chang’s of Northbrook….

Never got to my table. The restaurant egregiously overbooked on Mother’s Day. I booked through open table like I have in the past. It seemed the restaurant didn’t even know that I had made the reservation. I was not the only one. My reservation was at 6:30.. I finally left to go eat elsewhere at 7:30. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. Maybe next time I will book my reservation through the restaurant instead of open table.

Our meals exceeded our expectations, they were prepared perfectly and were hot. We did notice the portions were a bit smaller, we cleaned our plates. The restaurant recently had a refresh and nice. We would highly recommend P.F. Chang’s!

My wife has a shellfish allergy. There are almost none of the menu items that can be chosen since many are prepared with an oyster sauce. While they have a "special" menu for shellfish allergies, if you don't like tofu...forget it! Actually, the waitress and the manager were very nice about trying to accommodate the allergy; but overall, it was very disappointing plus it seemed like everything had some component that "might" be a problem. Our confidence level about the food safety (shellfish components of items) was stressed. Ultimately, chicken was added to an entree that worked and my wife liked it, but we will not be returning to the restaurant. Hard to believe. The description of how things are prepared suggested that gallons and gallons of oyster sauce are used in everything so that "shellfish allergy contamination" is not easily avoided.
