It was my husbands birthday and he loves P.F. Chang’s. It did not disappoint. Food was great and the server was awesome.

It had been a good experience overall. The only thing that can be improved is to take order in 5 mins of occupying the table.

Sadly, this venerable icon of Chinese inspired cuisine appears to be on a downward trajectory. They have substituted some ingredients (presumably to lower costs), which affects overall food quality. The menu options have slimmed down considerably, with items such as vegetarian lettuce wraps being eliminated. Service has become a challenge as it appears servers must cover more tables than in the past—perhaps, a result of California’s implementation of a $20 per hour minimum wage for restaurant workers. We have been loyal customers for well over 20 years. The experience at this restaurant is so degraded that we will be looking for a new Chinese food option.

Always love dining at PF Chang’s, the ambiance, comfortable seating, and service always outstanding. The entrees are always delicious, my fave’s are the hot and sour soup, chicken lettuce wraps, and the Mongolian beef. Our server, Josie was friendly, professional, and offered excellent service. We reserved a nice table on window but got a table facing the stairways instead. Table for 4 was a bit too small. The food selection was good. They have a good wine list. The waitress was nice. The noise level was rather loud.

Always love sitting at the bar for lunch. Bartenders are great. The chef’s special beef (not on the menu - you need to ask) is super delicious.

Always enjoy going there, mostly for lunch. Service is always great, food is very good as well ( love my chicken lettuce wraps!) they are very good about cooking for you if you have shellfish allergies. ( one of the chefs came to our table to verify and to make sure oone meal was properly allergy prepared) bottom line great place, service and food.
