We love eating here and appreciate the opportunity to be able to share a gluten free special meal with our celiac son who isn't able to eat Asian cuisine at many other places. We were able to order 4 different dishes here and they were all very tasty! The only reason I'm leaving 4 stars is that the portions to value were a bit smaller than I would have anticipated. Otherwise, everything was excellent!

Our dinner with a total of 4 adults was very good. The server gave us great service and the timing of the food was perfect. They offer a very good variety of vegetarian meals. The Mongolian Beef and Spicy Chicken are our favorite dishes. We look forward to returning again and making a reservation with Open Table.

Our dinner was delicious. Busy night at the restaurant and our waitress Katrina made all the difference. She was friendly, attentive and made sure our meal met our expectations. We ordered gluten free beef and broccoli, gluten free chicken fried rice, delicious pan fried shrimp wontons and spring rolls.

The hay day of this restaurant is clearly over. Despite plenty of staff around, and having made a reservation, we seemed to have almost a dozen different people wait on us. we were only a party of two. Didn’t take our order for over 30 minutes despite the restaurant being mostly empty, except for two larger groups near us. being expected to tip 20%, which we did, is kind of ridiculous when you don’t even know who your waiter is and had to wait 45 minutes until any food actually arrived from the time we sat down. It’s a prime example of why people are fed up with tipping nowadays when it’s just expected instead of deserved - there is no incentive anymore to try and then the customer gets shamed because the staff “depend on those tips.” maybe prioritize quality over margins and more people will come. I’m not saying anybody there shamed us or anything it’s just another example of something we experience all the time. if tipping is expected then just roll it in to the overpriced menu and stop pretending it’s based on the service. When the restaurant was more popular years ago, at least the price could be justified by the atmosphere and the reliable service. The prices have stayed the same, but everything else has gone downhill. Seems now it is yet another restaurant chain that is riding on name recognition alone after years of being made more efficient by consultants and executives to the point where it’s just a shell of its former self designed to squeeze profits until even the laziest consumer won’t show up. The food isn’t great, just tastes like standard american Chinese food you could get anywhere. it is edible though.

We went for the 4 course prix-fixe, Changs for 2 menu but they had never even heard of it! I had received an email all about it. Was very disappointed we couldn’t get that but overall everything was great.

Firstly, Pf chang's in Natick Mall didnt consider booking through open table as they dont support open app it seems. After going there, booked new reservation. Once we got seated to the table, Server came after 30min to take down the order. Later they said some confusion on there side, even though the restaurent was only half filled with people

Maybe go here not on the weekend. It wasn’t even that busy but clearly because this location is at a mall it’s filled with staff that barely care about doing a good job. I used to LOVE PFC. Aside from being extremely disappointed that their portion sizes seem to be dramatically smaller now, the service was entirely disconnected from the kitchen. I got a soup that was barely warm. Then 10 minutes later my server brought me another one and had no idea I already ate it. It was obvious the kitchen was super slow but our server barely checked in on us and didn’t make sure our food was gluten free (daughter has sever celiac) which is something we specifically stated when ordering, when it was brought out. We didn’t realize until we got home and my daughter was sick that we looked up that the plates are different when you get a GF Order…so be ware…our server was in another world that night and then when we left the group of kitchen staff outside smoking all at once (I counted 6) made me realize that’s why the meal was so unenjoyable.

It is the first time I have been disappointed with any PF Chang wherever I have been. My server was 100% terrific. I ordered Edamame to start and it was overcooked to almost mush so eating the beans was virtually impossible. The shrimp Pad Thai was tasteless. Very disappointing. Dumplings (pork) not on a par with any other PF Chang. I was saddened by this as I had invited a potential employer to lunch and we were all disapplointed.

Nice place for a good meal with exceptional service. Went early on a Saturday evening and was not very full so noise levels were quite acceptable.

It took a while for someone to come to our table and when we asked for hot tea we were brought Luke warm water. Then after ordering apps a different server comes over and puts cocktail napkins down asking what we want to drink we said we already have another waitress and she then asked what we wanted for apps we responded with we already ordered with the other waitress. Food was great but overall hospitality was poor for a Saturday night!

I don’t usually write poor reviews, but this was an exceptionally bad experience, where we actually had to leave before our food was served. We had 630 reservations, we were not seated until about 645. Following this, our server did not come to the table for over 15 minutes. I had to flag down another waiter to find our server. We ordered drinks, appetizers, and entrées all at once. 30 minutes later, the appetizer came but drinks still did not. At this point it was 730 and we had an appointment at 8 o’clock. We waited an additional 20 minutes without service, at which point we had to leave without ever obtaining our entrées. Following all of this, we were given the wrong bill. Exceptionally bad experience.

The wait staff were just wonderful. The restaurant itself was noisy, and impressed me as a little worn-down. The food was sub-par for American Chinese food. It was greasy, even by American standards. The coating on the calamari was pasty rather than crisp, the egg rolls tasted more like old vegetable oil than anything else. The noodles were over-cooked and greasy. They charged a premium price for sketchy food.

Not happy how they are now using small shrimp in the Shrimp and Lobster Sauce dish. The ribs are excellent, won ton soup and pork dumplings too.

The place smells. The elevator was in bad shape and stunk like a wet dog. The staff was attentive and good but clearly a lot of new servers. The main issue was the stench of the place… makes you think the kitchen must be horrendous.

The manager and waitress were very friendly and attentive. The Mai Tai drinks are always excellent here and the fried calamari appetizer was very good. We made a good choice and waited until after we finished the appetizer to put in the entree order. We had the Mongolian Beef, Sweet and Spicy Chicken (not really spicy) and Pork Fried Rice and all entrees were delicious. The place was very busy and the wait staff were able to keep up with the demand. It definitely looks like more people are enjoying a night out.

Waiter quit unbeknownst to us. No one came to us in his place. Got the order wrong. No one said anything. Manager smug about it. Then they couldn't run the check correctly. Total amateur hour. Never going back.

Service was extremely slow. We waited for 15 minutes even with a reservation. Food was ok, but the portions were small for the price. The women’s bathroom was a disgrace.

Room was empty. Weird. So was our waiter! 90% of tables were empty. But the waitress still chose to pile dirty dishes on the table next to us and leave then for 15 minutes.
