Food was better than the last couple of times we have been. Service was SLOW. It’s quite expensive for what it is.

We always enjoy this PF Chang's, and this visit was no different. Food was great, and it arrived quickly. Can't wait to go back.

We always love PF Chang’s in Nashville! This time was very unusual maybe understaffed not sure! It took forever for our waitress to come to the table! She waited on the the table that came in after us first! We ordered the Lettuce wraps the lettuce was not as good as usual it was the long lettuce instead of the half iceberg lettuce and was very hard! We also ordered a shareable meal that was actually really good! We ordered drinks from the bar one came and the other one didn’t we ask about it and the waitress was like oh I forgot to tell you we were out of what you wanted! At the time of day we were there it wasn’t very crowded! Hopefully this was a one time things because we usually love this place! There is another location in Cool springs , Franklin Tn that is a better choice restaurant!

Party of 5. We made reservations for a business lunch. We waited at least 30 minutes for our appetizer and only one of the two came out. The second took another 10 minutes. It was removed from the check but that’s way too long for appetizers. We had been at the table one hour before food arrived. Server was in no hurry to check on us and overall we were very disappointed with the speed of service and food

Are sever was nice but so good. Got drinks and he came 15mins+later for appetizers &got on time by waist staff. At least 30mins later he took our dinner order. Which came on time 20mins.

Very good table service. Very slow bar and kitchen. Food was good, though I will make a different choice next time. The light ginger chicken with broccoli was runny and not flavorful.

Took 50 minutes to get our food which made us late to an event. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

Better experience than last time. Food great,service great, hostesses need a few lessons in welcoming guests and seating preferences.
