Unfortunately both myself and my party (a royal member of my community) were sat at two different tables when we checked in. She checked in about 5 minutes before me and was seated. When I checked , I also checked in under the same reservation and was sat at a different table across the Resturant . Given she’s always on time I happened to text her to ensure she was ok and that’s when I found out she had been seated elsewhere. So we had been seated in two different locations and had been waiting for each other for over 15 min. When I brought up to a staff member she said she only worked there so I requested a manager. The manager said he would talk to staff and that was it. No service recovery , no nothing. Definately skip this place for anyone business or important meetings.

Our waitress, Jacklyn, was amazing! She was so nice and attentive. She made the whole dining experience that much more enjoyable. The menu options were also varied so everyone was sure to find the perfect dish.

Our server was very attentive and really paid attention to what we said. The lunch portions were more than enough to fill you up. Very relaxing environment.

Made reservations a week in advance and were seated by the door. Cold wind everytime it opened. Asked if could have different table when seated and told we would have to wait. Appetizers were cold. Pot stickers usually come sizzling and then pour sauce over it. Not this time. Entrees were cold to luke warm. Manager gave us a desert for the three of us to share as compensation. My second drink that I ordered never came.

Absolutely horrible service. Waited for half an hour for 2 drinks, and finally had to walk up to the bar to retrieve them myself. Cancelled 90% of our $300+ check since we were served only a portion of our appetizer order with nothing to drink. Won’t be back and don’t recommend wasting your time or money here.

This location is very well managed, staff seem to really enjoy working with each other- enjoyable to see! Food presentation and taste was excellent too...clean atmosphere!

This is one of my favorite places because the food is always consistently good. I am gluten-free, so Asian food can be tricky for me and this place has options that are really good. Our server was very attentive, too.

Poor service - We didn't even get sat. Came in they stated that OpenTable doesn't sync with their system and we had to wait. Hostess state "I can get you still right away" waited still 20 mins watched people come in after us and get seated not having any reservations. This is our third time at PF Chang and every time there has been poor service - So Giving this a big FAT F for a rating.

Our group had an excellent experience. Although everything was great, the service stands out as the best part of the evening. Although I can't remember the young lady's name who was our server, she was fabulous!

I was very disappointed with my whole experience at PF Chang’s. The place had very few people at the time I was there, yet it took them 10 minutes to even acknowledge me and bring me water, the waitress had walked by several times. After dinner she took our plates away(2 of us) came back and proceeded with clearing the table, asking us if we were done, pointing to things for us to hand her, she than stated they were waiting for the booth! I did confront her as we were leaving and told her that was the first time ever I felt rushed and told they needed our booth. Of course she denied saying that, my friend also heard it. Needless to say, I will never return..

Went in to enjoy some apps and a dinner as we saw there were just specials on some apps we liked. We were going to come an hour earlier but decided to get one more errand done. We knew we had plenty of time as we looked on the ad that was sent to us and the PFC website and it said the special prices on the apps were good through 6:00 PM. This allowed us to do one more of our errands and then we came in at 5:01 ( thinking this was well within the time frame). We mentioned this to the hostess and she told us we just missed out on getting the apps because the special stops at 5:00 at their location. Wow - 1 minute late - a slap in the face but not in line with their published material. She did go to the manager, explained our situation and they said they would honor this - but this ONE TIME ONLY! She then told the waitperson of our situation, and you would have thought we had done something wrong to her. She did bring the food and all but every interaction that we had was very cold and like we were scum. Really out of character for PFC but a lot of things and service is slipping everywhere. Not sure why the site still says the apps are still on special through 6:00 but be careful, you never know what other things they will change or not honor for us. We are members of their club, used to be one of the places we loved to dine at, but it might be a while before we think about going back to PF Changs!

The food was good. I should've ordered the sweet/sour chicken instead I ordered the orange chicken. I was too saucy for me but I ate it ianyway. I ordered the veggies spring rolls and it was delicious. I will definitely go back. My friend birthday celebration was great she really enjoyed it and that's what important.

Except for the smoked ribs appetizer, the food was terribly bland. I requested very spicy Kung Pao chicken, but the salad dressing with the appetizer was spicier than the Kung Pao chicken. The service was slow, and it wasn't that busy. The place echoes, so the noise level was high. Hadn't been there in years, and can't say we'll go back anytime soon. Not horrible, but a disappointment for date night.

We love the chain but they are obviously having a hard time finding staff in this location. Our server was GREAT but unbussed tables all over took the vibe down a notch. Got to the reservation on time but not early due to parking but they had given our table away. We were not late, and reservation notes had a five minute grace period. We waited less than 10 minutes for another table but watched another group walk in and get seated, and there were plenty of tables. Not a huge issue but just a note to not be late!

Had dinner with a couple of friends and our server was great. She understood there would be a lot of talking and gave us the space to settle in, catch up, then order. The food is always good. I get the gluten-free chicken lettuce wraps and love them! Great place that you can count on.

first time going back in three years. Used to eat here monthly. Food quality has drastically decreased. Was telling my neighbor and he noticed the exact same thing.

For appetizers we had the Kung Poa Dragon Roll (very good), and Tempura Calamari (which was good in the past, however extremely greasy & breading not staying on this time). For entrees we had the Pepper Steak (very good), and Shrimp with Lobster Sauce (was kind of bland). Also had Singapore Street Noodles (very good), Mandarin Crunch Salad (very good), and the Fried Rice (very good).

We reserved a table on a Friday night so of course the place was very busy. We had about a 20 minute wait, which was unexpected since we made reservations but they were clearly doing their best with the staff they had. Our server was great and knew the menus well. Our food came out surprisingly fast and it was delicious as always.

Love sitting at the bar before dinner. Noise on restaurant side was not the greatest for my mother's hearing aids. Server was very attentive even tho very busy. Food is always good!!

The pan seared dumplings were not hot and they usually sizzle when they pour the sauce on. They hardly sizzles. It wasn't even busy so I'm not sure whatthe deal was. I've been there 3 times in March for my birthday dinners with friends and family and this was by fair my least favorite experience of all of them.

Half the restaurant had open tables yet waited 20 minutes to be seated. Waitress acted like she could care less if we were there or not. Food was ok. Unimpressed!

I like the family style dinning, so that you can get a bunch of different plates and try new foods! However, the food is just average. Nothing special about it that makes me want to pick to eat here in the future.
