We had a very nice dinner at PF Changs. We thought even with a reservation that the restaurant would be a zoo with Mother's Day. When we arrived, we were promptly checked in and seated. The server, Billy, was awesome. He took our orders, and the food arrived - we even added something later and that arrived also! We have had Billy as our server before and we were so glad to get him again. We had a great time.

Credit card got skimmed. Charges started showing up several hours after handing over our card. Please switch to card readers that you bring to the table. 🙁

My 7pm reservations was finally seated at 7:50. Server never saw us until 20 minutes after we seated. We ordered drinks in double quantity because we would never see anybody for awhile longer.

I am not sure if anyone really reads this. We have been going to this restaurant every other Friday with our grandchildren for at least 2 years To our disappointment ,when we got our grandchildren fruit plates that came with their orders Oranges were sent ,thin cut. not appetizing at all. No longer blueberries, strawberries, and tangerines Shame Shame on whoever made this decision Hopefully, this message will pass to the restaurant

We really enjoyed our visit here. The food is very good. The ambience is very nice especially by the water. If you get a view of the ocean or the pier area, I would go back for special occasions, but the pricing is enough that I wouldn’t use it weekly I might use it for special occasions only.

Would have given it more stars except for the amount of MSG in the food. Food was tasty but woke up the next morning with a raging thirst. Both I and my girlfriend could tell we had ingested a lot of salt.

Kyle, our server, was friendly, knowledgeable & made great drink recommendations. We would happily go back. We were there for happy hour and dinner. Must try their Great Wall of China dessert.

Food is always delicious at PFChangs! My favorites are chicken kung pao, Mongolian beef and salt and pepper prawns. Location is on the water, great views! Perfect for lunch, or happy hour or date night if you both love Chinese like I do. My only criticism is PF Changs over the years has raised their menu prices by a significant amount. I remember when the dinner portion for chicken kung pao used to be $15 back in the day. It’s now $23.00 for the same portion size. $8 dollars more??? Mongolian beef is now $26, and my favorite salt and pepper prawns is now $27. Seems overpriced to me- the portion size didn’t get bigger and the flavors stayed the same. I’m sure their response is “inflation has caused us over the years to increase prices, but these price increases are too much in my opinion. Other restaurant companies did not adjust their menu prices this high with the excuse of inflation. I would encourage PF Changs to revisit their strategy on menu pricing. If you want weekly incremental customers with steady traffic flow of repeats, this would do it. It now reminds me of a Benihana once a year birthday celebration event, versus someone who gets my business weekly or even monthly.

Took forever place an order. Orange chicken was all batter and no chicken. We asked for brown rice and got white rice . We love PF Changs but something is not right. What happaned???

Made reservations for 5:30 this evening and were seated at our table. We waited 10 minutes for someone to greet us or even acknowledge that we were there. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing! We walked out and no one even acknowledged that either. Whether short staffed or not, the manager or someone … anyone … needs to at least step up and acknowledge the customers, let them know you’ll be right with them, offer to bring water, etc. Get it together!

Donia our server made this experience AMAZING for my mom and I. She had great customer service and was an absolute delight! We were celebrating my 20th birthday and she made our experience 10 times better! We will definitely be returning!!

Our Lo Mein and Lettuce Wraps were good but the margarita was not just bad but horrible. The bartender must have made it wrong by measuring out the wrong amount of triple sec because that is what this margarita tasted like. I wasn’t brave enough to ask him to make me another one though because I wasn’t sure if it was his mistake or if the recipe itself was bad. Also, when I arrived for my reservation the host seem unhappy because he told me that a bit curtly that OpenTable doesn’t let PF Chang’s know when reservations are made through them and he said he didn’t see it—I assured him I had made the reservation a couple of hours in advance though. Anyway, there was no table available for my reservation so we sat at the bar rather than wait for a table. I will not be back to this P.F. Chang’s.

Quick date to grab a bite to eat and it was worth it! Our waiter Billy was super sweet and made sure we had what was needed very timely. His energy gave what it needed to give he’s AMAZING!!!!
