Have eaten here many times as it is close to where I live. Food is good and we were able to get in and out quickly.

Food is excelent and service was great. We spent an enjoyable dinner time. Pretty nice location and relatively close to DCPA.

We ordered lettuce wraps, peppers chicken and sesame chicken along with drinks. The food was good and served in a timely fashion even as the restaurant was quite busy. The food could have been hotter. The outside of the restaurant really needs a thorough clean-up and refurbishing.

Other than getting at least 15 emails from PF Chang’s! Even during our dinner I got 4 msgs from the restaurant,,,,,ridiculous!

I hadn’t been to PF Changs in about 20 years… and it was nicer than I remembered. My group of 4 ladies were having difficulty finding an available reservation (we should’ve booked one weeks/months prior, our bad) and literally PF Changs was our last, last-minute resort for an “upscale” dining experience. We were going to see the Nutcracker and didn’t want our formal/semi-formal attire to feel out of place. All four of us had an incredible experience! Our server for the night was upbeat, personable, and very complimentative… not at all snobby like many young adults in the service industry these days. She was also quite knowledgeable about the menu, with excellent suggestions for our cocktail pairings. The restaurant was clean & welcoming… a modern upscale ambiance with surprisingly reasonable pricing. It won’t take me 20 years to visit again!

Unfortunately, like many other restaurants, it was understaffed. Bubthosecworkerscthstcwere present put forth a valiant effort.

Hostess could not find Open table reservation. Appetizer did not arrive until requested 3 times. One of two meals delivered. Had to request the 2nd meal twice. ALL tables around us experiencing the same problems. At the end of the meal, the appetizer was delivered TWICE. Worst service I have seen in years. Wait staff is severely in need of training.
