Food was bland and soggy. Server messed up my son’s order and had to wait forever for it to come out and this was on Easter. The sushi was better than the meal. Probably will never go back again.

It was my birthday I never go my dessert after waiting for 30 min we just left :(

We took three of our friends to PG Changs for lunch and ordered 5 entrees to share. We started with steamed dumplings - a bit spicy but delicious - filled with pork with a chili sauce drizzle. We had egg drop soup next...ordered the "bowl" which was plenty for the 5 of us. This was followed by Beef/Broccoli - Sweet and sour chicken - Lo Mein noodles with vegetables - Honey glazed shrimp and the Mandarin salad. All were served hot and delicious. The meal and the company, was perfect.

Everyone was friendly and helpful and the restaurant is clean and lovely, as usual, all of which is what saved my score from being worse. We’ve eaten at PF Changs (2 different locations) several times in the past few years and the quality of the food has plummeted. It’s not the same as it was 5 years ago. And we just can’t justify spending that much money on mediocre fast-food.

We had an amazing time here, our waitress has worked for PF Changs for 7 years and was a wonderful server. Would absolutely go back!

My husband and I and our two friends had 6pm reservations on Christmas Eve. We were seated at 6:15 because they were so busy. Our waitress was very attentive. Took our drink and food orders and brought our drinks right away. Our food arrived almost an hour later. Our friends food was good, but my husband and my entrees were stone cold and the vegetables were raw. We were told the kitchen was swamped. Needlessly to say it spoiled our evening and we went home hungry. Don’t think I will be returning to PF Changs anytime soon.

Appetizers were good but most options are breaded. I ordered the orange chicken without batter and it was tasteless. Smallest portion I ever received. Supposed to be in a spicy chili sauce and it was very disappointing. Happy Hour drinks for $8 were about 3 oz in volume and not a bit of alcohol. Only thing we enjoyed was the short rib fried rice - very tasty and decent portion. Doubt we go back anytime soon. Just not what PF Changs used to be.
