Orio from NY, I had a preconceived notion about how the food should be cooked! I made reservations which were honored in 10 minutes time. Front staff was pleasant and efficient.

The Mongolian beef had very little taste. While filling, I would not order again. The orange chicken had a great spice and was excellent.

I've been going to this PF Chang's for over 15 years and continue to be impressed with the quality of the experience. In fact, over the last couple of years the food has actually improved. Definitely recommend eating here.

We arrived shortly after the restaurant opened. The staff was ready and our server and assistant were at our table within two minutes They were both very attentive and accommodating. We took awhile to order, because we were talking to the other couple with us. Our food was delicious and hot when served and delicious !

waited over 45 minutes for 2 drinks. They should have staffed more bartenders. Food order came out in weird times, several things came out at once instead of by category, ie. appetizer, soup, salad then main. Main entrees did not come out together. Bad experience. Manager tried to comp the drinks, but after 45 minutes we did not want them. They should have staffed more bartenders. WE won't be back!!!

I had Chang's spicy chicken - positively delicious and my new favorite. My friend had the short rib on rice and said it was amazing. Our server Brendan was the best server I have ever had - even at the high end steakhouses that I go to. What a super star - I have already told ten people they have to go just to meet him.

We arrived on time for our reservation but had to wait 40 mins. We decided to go to another restaurant. I don’t recommend making a reservation on a Saturday night.

Thank you for the Hosts for getting us the table we requested without issue that was a wonderful surprise. Sara our server was fantastic, attentive and just out great!!! Food what can I say is always a pleasure and tasty love PF Chang's in Henderson best in town. :)

We were thrilled to be seated and have Chris as our server as he has taken care of us in the past and is friendly, efficient, and fast. The Japanese Smoked Old-Fashioned was excellent. My wife had the rib meat and I had the rib meat fried rice. Both excellent. The limited edition apple dessert was superb. Our favorite PF Chang's location (and we live in Scottsdale with their flagship store at Kierland, which is excellent, too; however, Henderson location is, IMO, even better). We always make it a point to eat her when we are in the LV area. Recommended.

Had reservation, along with many others, and we weren’t being seated at our reservation times. Some had to wait over an hour, especially the large groups. The entrance was packed, no place to sit to wait. The reservations link wasn’t shut down and reservations could still be made, which was ludicrous. They didn’t plan for the influx of take out orders so it took us almost 2 hours to get our food once it was ordered. Our waiter was wonderful & we felt so bad for him.

This Restaurant is where souls go to die!!! I walked in happy, energetic, full of life. I walked out of this restaurant feeling like it was my last day on earth. They did not have anything I wanted. This threw me off because I ordered from the actual menu They say Chinese Bistro, I say Chinese HELL NO!!!. They did not even have noodles! The manager act like he was scared to say hello. I figured it was probably because I was “Being a Black person in Henderson”. Not to mention he sucked at ensuring food was stocked properly in conjunction with the menu items. The restaurant was cold and drafty. The waitress was great! She really tried to keep it together. The food was thrown together. I remember how good the combination fried rice used to be! Not anymore! The shrimp, and steak in the rice was way over cooked and dried out. It looked like it was scraped from another persons plate and fed to me. I would never recommend this restaurant or the entire P.F Chang culture. I urge everyone to please dine where your truly valued as this location is NOT IT!!!

Our waitress Shay did mention that she was loosing it when she would continuously forget items asked for....boy was she ever. Never had refills of water even. Terrible service
