2nd time I made a reservation and they have no record of it. This time I called to confirm open table reservation. She didn’t see it so I made another. I received text messages to confirm both reservations. When I arrived I still did not have a reservation. The manager told me I should have spoken to a manager. We won’t be back

The food (and service and ambiance) was wonderful! It had been awhile since we've been to PF Chang's and we were very pleased!

Food was delicious. The service from our waitress was great, but excellent management staff was superb. The manager suggested a drink that had a Rosemary twist very nice smooth. P.F. Chang a pleasant ambiance.

We had a great experience! Our server was wonderful - she was very attentive and helpful! Food was great, too! We hadn’t been to P.F. Chang’s in years & we’ll definitely be back again soon! A forgotten gem downtown!

Ordered shrimp dish , got chicken not even the same dish. We had started to eat it when we realized it was chicken and had breading, the pieces were the same size as shrimp. Told the waitress and the manager came and said since we are half( we did not it was in our plates) , he would give us half price. Some of the Mongolian beef was bloody . We didn’t argue, just paid and left, and will not be back. This was our second bad experience in a row here after several years of good. It’s changed , thought the last visit was a fluke but no it’s no longer good.

The service was great. The only complaint is we ordered the Changs Spice Chicken and the sauce was totally different. We have been ordering that dish for years and Sauce was not the same. Have they changed sauces?

Excellent food and service. We tried a variety of menu items and drinks and all were super. A superb dining experience.

We had reservations at 7:00. We were seated promptly but after 20 minutes we asked where our waitress was. So disappointed that we just sat there with no acknowledgment. Once the waitress arrived, she took our orders. Didn’t get or cocktails until the food came. Rice finally came in the middle of eating. Men’s bathroom had no towels and was not clean. My husband had to dry his hands with the dinner napkin. Overall, the food was delicious and the waitress was very nice. Just disappointed in the service and cleanliness of the bathroom.

The food was below average and has dropped off significantly over the past several years. The service was absolutely horrid on every front. Servers are not properly trained causing a ruined dining experience. Manager (Alex) was made aware and did nothing except assign us a new waitress at the end of the meal. This place will be closed within 3 months. Not going back.
