Sad to see how this great Asian Concept slip in standards from restaurant design has become very generic, music was very off brand, if you didn’t know you were in a PF Changs the atmosphere could have been Long Horn or the new Outback design. Food quality has declined, I had the Sea Bass that has always been outstanding with a great plate presentation, my Sea Bass was under cooked and presented on a bed of spinach. Service was adequate, but staff wasn’t focused on our experience, but theirs. Just a sad New Year’s Eve experience. We will not be back

Don’t waste your money. Food used to be good. They changed something and it’s not good. Done with PF Changs.

Nice alcoholic wine and beverage selection; shrimp appetizer was great; entrees - Shrimp with Lobster sauce - plenty of shrimp, but the sauce was very lackluster in taste compared to other restaurant versions; sushi was not great. Appetizer and entrees arrived within minutes of each other. Would have liked to be able to enjoy the appetizer before the enree came out. We specifically told the waitress that we were not in a hurry for our food. Wait person forgot to get us water, had to ask twice, didn't get it till after appetizer arrived. Never asked if we wanted dessert. Not the best experience I've ever had at P.F. Changs.

Was not what it used to be. It was just okay. The appetizer came before drinks. We got appetizers, soup and then entrees before we got water. I have always loved their lettuce wraps, but they were bland. Just not the same anymore. Quality went down, especially for a date night.

The quality and presentation of the food were a disappointment from past visits at other PF Chang's. The quality of the PF Chang's cocktails was excellent.

They didn’t respect my reservation they said open table is not connected to their system so I had to wait 40 minutes to be seated and the service was ok since the waitress forgot our refills I am not coming back here since they did not offer anything to make up the fact that I had a reservation that was useless

Our waitress was wonderful!! The food was good, but not hot. I mean the rice was literally cold, strange.
