PF Chang's was one of those restaurants that we attended at least once a week until a few months ago when we had the same experience as this past Sunday. The food is not the same, something has changed. Also, the Chcken Lettuce Wrap, one of my favorites, was warm and didn't feel freshly prepared. I couldn't have a good dinner and enjoy it like we knew how to do before. We ask the server to please bring us boxes to take it away. What's up with PF Chang's? Thank you for the opportunity of the survey.

The food was good and tasty and the ambience was good but portions and price are a little high. I don’t like to have leftovers, I would rather pay a little less and receive less food. The main reason for the rating was the table was filthy, it had not been cleaned prior to us being seated and when we mentioned this to the waiter he did wipe it down, but with a dry napkin and not a clean wet. rag. He left the menu that had been laying in the mess and didnt swap it out for a clean one. He also did not come back and check on us very often either. It has potential because the food is really good and the atmosphere is nice but they need to give it a good deep cleaning and keep up with the cleaning.

Normally have very tasty and good meal at P F Chang's. Was very disappointed with the Chicken Fried Rice I ordered. Very little chicken (tasted old), no egg, very few carrots, and very little green onion. Lots of bean sprouts. Won't be ordering it again.

The Won Ton soup was really good. Especially liked the shrimp. The pepper steak was a little too spicy for my taste.

Server was good - but food came out staggered- especially appetizers- some were finished before others were delivered. Food was very disappointing- very bland - no flavor. All 4 diners were unhappy. It was Chinese New Year’s- and I just expected more from PF Chang’s. We will not be going back.

Excellent Honey chicken, they forgot the green onions but the waitress made up for it. Great team effort. Is sad to see this location not busy.

Haven’t been to this location in a number of years. They definitely struggled on a Saturday night. Slow service though our server was nice. Pan fried pot stickers were scorched and lukewarm - meaning black on the bottom. Two entrees- Mongolian Beef (more on that later) and Sweet and Sour Chicken. After an unusually long wait (I’m being very generous) the entrees were delivered in bowls. The Mongolian beef filled the entire bowl. The sweet and sour chicken - half the bowl, it was like they ran out of chicken, but decided to send it out anyway. In that dish the vegetables were cold, the pineapple still frozen in the center and no sweet and sour sauce. The brown rice with that dish was cold. We must have been so hungry I just dived into the Mongolian beef not realizing (until writing this review) that I actually ordered Kung Pao Beef. What the dishes did not lack, was cooking oil - there was plenty of that. We just moved back Columbus and after a nearly weekly great experience at the Rancho Mirage, CA P.F. Chang’s, this was a real disappointment. We’ll try Easton next time. We really like PF Chang’s, I hope that one is better.

The food was awesomely delicious! We had the honey chicken and the orange chicken - both were moist and light, even with being fried. The staff was friendly and helpful.
