The entire evening was lack luster. Food was ok. We asked for the meal to slow down as we were feeling rushed.

Girl at Host stand had already seated my friends when I got there and I told her I had a reservation through a OpenTable. She told me 3 or 4 times that the reservation wasn’t there. Then suddenly it was! She seemed annoyed. No smile or patience. I told her I wanted to make sure I got my points for the reservation. Our server never smiled and took some of the orders down wrong. Then she charged full dinner price on 2 entrees instead of lunch price. Another person had to straighten it out and it took quite a while.

Very good food, but I noticed that the portion size is shrinking on some of the menu items. Sign of times, with inflation squeezing profits. Overall, a good experience and will return.

My family and I love PF Chang’s. We’ve never been and not had a good time and great service. Which is why we keep coming back! Savannah was an excellent server. And I didn’t catch the bartenders name. But she was hilarious. I’ve been to other locations but this one by far is the best. 🤗

My friend and I had a delightful time at PF Chang's last night. One of the highlights was our server, Brandt. He was knowledgeable about the food and made suggestions. Our food was good and more than we could eat at one sitting. He was great about providing us with to-go boxes so we could enjoy all the food including dessert.

Our server Ebony was great. She was positive and friendly but clearly the restaurant was understaffed. That’s unfortunate since it was Fathers Day. We had the lettuce wraps, and a shrimp appetizer. We also had the short ribs which were amazing. All great flavors. I ordered my usual Pad Thai and sadly it was barely warm. I didn’t send it back because Ebony was so busy and the other two at my table were pleased with their orders. I hadn’t visited PF Changs in a while and with so many other choices in the area I probably won’t be back.
