The food was great but the service could have used some work. I got seated at my table quickly and when my server came to my table I placed my order (it was simple: a cup of soup, pan fried pork dumplings, & Chang’s Spicy Chicken with white rice). I received my drink and then 2 other tables were seated at the time that I got my drink. After 10 minutes or so, the table next to me received their drinks. Shortly after that their bowl of soup came out and then my cup of soup came out after theirs followed by their appetizers. The other table also received their drinks and appetizers at the same time as me. Almost 10 minutes after that, the other 2 tables received their food. Then my entree came out while I was still waiting for my dumplings. One of the other tables had also ordered dumplings and the server gave them my order instead. Both of the other tables were bigger groups than me. I was a table of 1, the table next to me was a table of 4 and the other table was a table of 7. Both of those tables had all finished before me even though I was seated 10-15 minutes before them.

Good food and the most excellent of customer service was the order of the day during my visit to P.F Chang’s. Abbie, the talented individual taking care of us was the epitome of courtesy and professionalism, which made for a worthwhile dining experience.

We went for lunch, and the food options were sufficient, catering to every taste. However, during our visit, they were promoting their Happy Hour, but we found the menu options to be very limited. I wish they would consider returning to the Happy Hour offerings they had a couple of years ago, as they were fabulous. Apart from that, it is a great place, and the food is tasty. Enjoy!

Beautiful restaurant that food could be better, we always go to fashion valley we have been here in Chula Vista twice and both times the food is not good. We ordered kung pao chicken and it was overcooked, extremely salty too, service was fine. Clients deserve better for the price you charge. Thank you.

We had an excellent visit to PF Changs and were seated within 3 minutes of our arrival to the restaurant. Our waitress Kaylee was friendly and professional throughout our visit. The appetizers, main dishes and dessert were all delicious and served at a perfect pace for our meal.

My server did a great job. I had asked for one of my dishes with the hot sauce on the side. When another person brought it out, they poured the hot sauce on the dish. My server saw the mistake and fixed it quickly. Will definitely come back.

Server was excellent! Busboy needs training on etiquette and manners. Wagyu steak came out cold which was disappointing after paying so much for it. Sent it back and it came back cold again we just ate it.

It's our tradition to eat here on Christmas Eve. We've done this for years. This place has really gone downhill over the past few years. The ownership and menu changed, and it's just not as good as it used to be. In years past this place was packed on Christmas Eve and this year it was fairly quiet. My daughter's veggies in her meal weren't fully cooked and my vegetarian dish had a piece of chicken included. The manager and staff are very friendly and helpful and we'll continue to go back, but it's now something we consider to be just adequate.

Our time was great! It was my wifes birthday and the server Kaylee, went above and beyond expectation with service. She made sure our time was great, food was awesome and drinks didn't go empty.

We had another great visit to PF Changs. Our waiter Stephen was friendly, attentive, and made us feel like valued guests. While the food tasted great, it seems the portion sizes continue to shrink.

It’s PF Chang’s—you know what you’re getting. Food was good, drinks were good service was adequate. To be fair, the place was fairly crowded for a Saturday late afternoon at 4:00 and it’s possible they might have been a little short staffed. My main complaint is that it was noisy as hell due in no small part to the volume of the music they were playing. Turn it down a notch!

Our visit started off precariously as we checked in for our reservation and the hostess said we would have to wait as we were late. When I pointed out on my phone we were 3 minutes early, her manager gave her the look and she seated us immediately. However, we walked by 4 empty booths and she sat us at a small table in the back of the restaurant. The manager visited our table after she left and move us to one of the open booths. Our waiter Qais was awesome, upbeat, and made our dinner experience very enjoyable. The food was delicious as always!

It was just a chance to get out, normally we watch a granddaughter every Friday evening. They had the requested booth ready, right when we arrived. It was noisy, hard to carry on a conversation. The server was very attentive, and kept an eye on the level of my water glass, something I really stay aware of. The food was very good, but honestly the crispy green beans was the highlight, as always. Actually the sauce is what makes it. The portions have gotten smaller, across the board, and the prices have jumped dramatically, just like every where else. We dine here, quite often, and would recommend it.

Nos sentaron después de 1/2 hora que teníamos nuestra reservación. Los platos ahora son 1/3 parte de lo que servían antes. Ordenamos bacalao y venía crudo al centro, lo volvieron a traer y también estaba crudo al centro; no los cobraron en la cuenta. No tenían Stevia ni Splenda para las bebidas . Had reservations at 6:30. There was a rush of walk-ins. Everyone got seated before we were. The taste of the food was there but it was dry. Drinks were very good.
