Food was really good but almost all of it was served at the same time and we -and the table- were just overwhelmed. We both had soup and by time we finished it, the chicken lettuce wraps was cold and the entrees were cooling.....Never have experienced anything like this before. We ended up packing up everything and taking it home. It was not crowded so there was no need for rushing us so! We even spoke to mgr when he visited the table but he was just filling in that night.

The food was delicious. The ambience was great. The service was okay. The staff was nice. The waiter was not friendliest, cordial.

We arrived at the restaurant and they did NOT have my open table reservation. The young girl said it doesn’t work getting the reservations to them and she’s not sure why they even have it! Luckily it was early so not busy and we got a table. When we opened our cloth napkin to take out the silverware the napkin had a glob of something old food gross stuck to it. We could only imagine what the cleanliness in the rest of the restaurant/kitchen must be like it no one saw or cared that what they put on the table was disgusting. We showed our waitress and told her to cancel our order as we were leaving.

Service is always excellent. Food is good and consistent, but a little too high $ given the portion size. Prices have been raised outpacing the value for the money.

Tasty food! Does not disappoint. Enjoyed the pork fry rice and the barbecue ribs. We visit this restaurant often.

It seems to me that this chain has tried to keep their prices moderate and by doing so they have made their portions tiny. One of our entrees this time was the pepper steak, and I swear there was eight small pieces of steak and about ten pieces of pepper. Literally the size of a side salad. Although it was tasty, definitely not worth the $22 or so they charged. Just not a good value anymore.

The dynamite shrimp appetizer and sea bass entree were great. It’s my mother-in-law’s favorite sea bass anywhere.

Horrible service - was more than ten minutes into dinner before we got our drinks. To Management: why is the bartender serving tables when you literally have 20 tables and a dozen servers in the entire restaurant?
