It started off a bit rough, the table we got was extremely wobbly and they tried fixing but they ended up moving us to another table . I felt like the outside tables can use a table clothe or something but what really saved the experience was the great personalities we met ! We had Damien as our waiter .. let me tell you he had us giggling every time he came to the table! We had other servers help us too and they were wonderful especially the guy that said it was his 4th day on the job GOOD LUCK BUD YOU’RE DOING AMAZING!!! Over all I would go back for the staff and food 🤍 also shout out for making it up with the entree ended up being our favorite dish !!

excellent value for the money we had the feast for 2 and took food to go. loved everything about it and the selection. will definitely go back and hope they dont take it away.

Upscale prices at a fast food like venue. PF Changs should have higher standards when putting a restaurant in a mall location. Unimpressive. Won't be back.

There were more managers running around giving orders to staff but there was not enough staff. Service was slow.

Great food, good variety of menu offerings. Very fresh, flavorful and average to large size portions Good service, atmosphere can be noisy , depending on the section of the restaurant where you are seated. Always louder in the area around the bar.

I made the reservation and the restaurant said they never received it. Luckily they weren’t too busy but it was very frustrating.

It was my birthday dinner. Our server never smiled, continued to get our order wrong, and was shaking her head at us asking for what we actually ordered. We had to ask for a new server it was such awful service.

The decor and seating felt more like a Pei Wei than a traditional P.F. Chang’s; i.e., casual fast food feel, but the prices are definitely at the higher-end. The food appeared kinda warmed over vs freshly cooked. The fried rice main dish definitely looked like it came from the bottom of the pot and not freshly prepared. Disappointing, as this was a birthday dinner. The free chocolate cake birthday dessert looked beautiful but tasted dry. Sorry, I expect more from this chain. In comparison, I dined a couple of weeks ago at the Torrance/Del Amo location, which was 5-star! Delicious fresh food, beautiful ambiance and decor, top notch service.

Our waiter was Megan and she was amazing we also had ordered peppered steak for the first time and the senior manager. Ricardo passed by asked if we needed anything else and was very attentive. We let him know we did not like the pepper steak so he recommended the Mongolian beef. it was exceptional I think them for their service it was our first time at this location, we noticed Ricardo was very attentive. Also, following up with tables and asking if they need anything way to go P.F. Chang’s I’m hiring two amazing team members. We had a great dinner from Valenzuela Electric⚡️.

The food was very good. The service was good. We both ordered Margaritas on the rocks. The glasses weren't filled to the top and they were so sour we were not able to drink it. I have never had to send back a drink in my life. But these were the worst drinks I've had since the 80's. We looked around for our waitress or someone available which took a while. I was finally able to flag down the waitress and she said, that's how they make them. Lime juice, triple sec and tequila. It needed agave or Cointreau (orange liqueur) something to lessen the sour. She said, that's how they make them. If I wanted agave I'd have to order the Organic Agave Margarita. Your house margarita isn't listed on the menu. I didn't want to call a Top Shelf drink, I just wanted to be able to drink it. The waitress handled it right away. She took the drinks and brought the Agave Margarita which what I was expecting in the first place.

The service was not that great i had to keep asking for the same thing over and over and the waiter took a long time for everything. The food didn’t really have a taste to it i’ve definitely had better food from a moms and pops local spot that had more flavor the soy sauce wasn’t even good i was very disappointed i won’t be going back to any P.F. Chang’s i’m good.

It was good, PF Changs is pretty consistent with there menu items. It was good but as I have mentioned before it has gone somewhat downhill in the last few years, but it is still much better than many other chaines

We were seated within 15 minutes of our reservation time. The restaurant is extremely noisy. It's very difficult to have a conversation even though people are sitting very close to you. The food tasted good but I felt that it was a bit too oily for my liking. The portions are very small considering the high prices they charge. The waiter was very attentive.

Reservation there was very unorganized. We had a reservation through open table but when we got there the hostess told us they don’t have our reservation because open table and their system does not link together so she had to put us on the list and told us it’ll be 40 minute wait. I saw on open table there was another reservation in 15 minutes so I took that one and when I showed it to the hostess when the reservation was up she says there’s no table because no one has left. On the app, it says that I’m already dining even though we were not. Then we get a notification that our original reservation is ready (the one hostess said she couldn’t find the reservation) but obviously there’s no table. I was there waiting with an infant and a toddler. It was a stressful night.

We were disappointed. Over the years the P.F. Chang’s menu has gotten smaller, as have the portions. This was our first time at this particular location, and we found the loud, pounding music unpleasant.

The food was alright I honestly felt it was overhyped. Very pricey though, was good to try but don’t see myself coming back anytime soon. Service was amazing though!

The Open Table system and PF chang's reservation system does not talk to each other. We got there and they said it would be a 3 hour wait because they didn't have our reservation. Then 2 other parties came in and had the same issue. We all spoke to the manager and her response was that the systems don't work and we should have called to reserve. She said they can't figure out how to turn off Open Table reservations because they don't connect to her system in the restaurant ever.

Even though I made my reservation a day in advanced they said their system is not with open table so it was like my reservation didn’t exist and they said the wait time was 2 hours the manager is RUDE!!!

Everything was great the only negative part was that I made a reservation through open table and when I arrived at the restaurant they didn’t have my reservation and they had to wait for manager to approve our status.

Tables were dirt and now one wanted to clean it up.we wait like 5 minutes for some one to clean it up. We order an appetizer and come at the same time of the food,minus my wife's food, we have to asked what's happening with her food when we were almost finished. People came 20 minutes after we did, order an there food was 5 minutes later been served. The food was good, the service terrible, as if they were working for free.

Made a reservation thru open table but hostess seem to be confused when I told her I had reservations for 07:15 pm she said that I wasn’t on the reservation list so I had to wait another 30 min plus It was a birthday dinner which I had planned but was ruined

Everything was great except the hostesses were just hanging around and chit chatting while my reservation party just sat there waiting for our table. we arrived 15 minutes early and instead of just seating us since was almost empty they made us wait there the whole time while they walked around and talked. No one else even entered the place and the 2 other groups they kept calling for were long gone into the mall. Felt like the scene in the movie Meet the Parents when that airline lady made Ben Stiller's character wait for no reason while he was the only one inline to get seated only because he was one row away from the rows she was boarding. :P

My husband said that I can pick any restaurant for our 25th anniversary dinner. I’m glad I decided to dine here since it’s close to our home and we are regular here. Jacob made our celebration a memorable occasion. Can I hire him?
