Overall the experience was good. The biggest downfall was i made a reservation though open table, only to be told when trying to check in that they are not currently using opentable for reservations. They said the reservation time wouldn’t be affected. After waiting about 10 minutes past our reservation time, we asked for a time estimate, only to be told they don’t know how long it will be just that we were 5th in line. Luckily there was space at the bar to sit at, and everything from there was fine.

We got there to check in to learn that they no longer accept open table reservations. Well then maybe they should get off open table. They told us it could be another 45 min wait because as a courtesy they would put us on the check in list but we had to wait. We left and did not dine here. Unbelievable that they treated us like this.

Probably one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had in 40 years together. Understaffed, overbooked, and completely uncaring. Had reservations for 12:15. Finally seated at 1:45!!! Very average food for the price. This used to be one of our favorite restaurants but we will NEVER be back. Sad to see the decline of what was a great restaurant.

Overall - disappointing from what once was a great concept restaurant.. seems they don’t connect with Open Table despite being able to reserve through the app… so that meant a 20 minute delay… finally got seated - right inside the door on the main server path despite lots of open tables… 15 more minutes go by with no server… finally server appears - no apology.. ask for an appetizer and drink… spoonful of chicken for lettuce wraps shows up with literally 12 pieces of lettuce… but no drinks… asked 3 times to get drinks; even other servers… then had to flag the waitress again to order dinner… two entrees show up but wrong ones / they go back…another 10 minutes and now the hostess has staked out the high top next to us to wrap silverware and do work - so lots of servers coming and going but just to kill what’s left of the ambiance…. Food shows up (finally)…. Decent meal, but way too salty… literally 60 seconds after we start on dinner the waitress does come by to see if we want dessert… we decline… now check shows up while we’re still eating… so I pull out credit card and pay… but what do you normally get at a Chinese restaurant ? Fortune cookies; but of course - they’re out of them… so for our trouble the server gives us discount coupons to come back again….??…. I left them on the table… sorry, PF Changs and $100 for 2 drinks / lettuce wraps / 2 entrees is off the dinner menu for us…

Just terrible. Had an Open Table reservation; when I arrived on time they said they no longer honor Open Table reservations. Hostess said it would be 10 minutes for a table. IT TOOK OVER AN HOUR! We had other plans that we missed waiting. Had she said an hour at check in, we would have left or sat at the bar. When I asked what was going on, I was told a server didn't come in and that meant 5 tables could not be seated. No reason given for not honoring an Open Table reservation even though I made it the same day and had the confirmation. Food was prepared incorrectly as well. Total for 2 adults, no alcohol was $80 and it was overall a terrible experience and will not go back.

How to rate them except for service. We made reservations for 7:30 only to find out when we got there they still had not sat reservations from 6:30. They said their kitchen was backed up and it would be atleast an hour to be seated then no telling how long before we would get food. Why do they continue accepting reservations when they can not handle what they already had. Very poor service.

My husband and I went to celebrate my birthday. I had the Sea Bass from the specials menus along with the apple roll dessert special. Trust me when I tell you, I ate every bite and could have eaten the plate. It was just that good.

I’m a BIG asian food fan and P.F. Chang’s always exceeds my expectations. The food is great, service is AMAZING, and the environment/ambiance of the whole restaurant is perfect. Never disappointed in my visit to P.F. Chang’s and will continue to go back!

Even though we have a reservation they made us wait for 5-8 mins to arrange the table. Appetizer and main course food is given at same time.

Great food. Server did a great job even though it seemed that he had a lot of tables and not much help. Managers & staff passed our table many times without noticing that where asking for water with our food… Other than that was all good. We will go back but I would strongly recommend to make a reservation as they where telling guest a hour wait but on the app it was only 10 min.

My family and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes after getting there early for our reservation, we also had to sit outside just to get seated faster. We won’t be returning to this location, there service has truly gone down hill over the years.

Little disappointed in the food — our hot and sour soup was lukewarm at best, and we had to send it back to try again. On our lettuce wraps, the lettuce leaves were not separated well; you would try to pull one away, and it would tear — so we really couldn’t use them to fill with the chicken. We eventually gave up and simply ate the chicken with the spoon it came with. PF Changs is usually better!

Food lacked flavor Portions of food were less than past experiences My server Bernard was OUTSTANDING. Awesome service. The value in the food was lacking and left much to be desired.

Our reservation wasn’t recognized at time of check in, so they made new one without clarification. After waiting 15 minutes…I went to see what was hold up since reservation had been made and well exceeded time..:they then found reservation and said they would give me next available table. Server was overwhelmed and we didn’t get a refill until it was time to leave. They forgot kids order. Didn’t come till everyone was half way thru their food. Desert we wanted wasn’t available. It just wasn’t our night. We were late to movie since it took them 30 minutes to seat us from reservation time in addition to the other issues.

We were seated right away once they found the reservation. Apparently, Open Table runs on a different system than what they use. So, once we showed him our confirmation, he had to look it up that way, and then we were seated. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was great. Enjoyable evening!

Just had the best meal at PF Change. We loved the sushi. Our sweet waiter was working a huge section, but he managed it all gracefully.
