Nick was our server and he was amazing, super knowledgeable of the food and made excellent recommendations. The drinks were 10/10

I was disappointed with the Mongolian beef. I have had it every single time I visit, however, this time the cut on the beef was too thick, which caused the meat to be tough and also I asked For it to be crispy and it was not. I asked to have broccoli and carrots added, which they did, but the broccoli were big chunks not very presentable. We had a good time, but I was disappointed with my food.

We ate there for Mother's Day lunch. The food was greasy and very few veggies. The waiter had his fingers in my food when he delivered it, yuck. Apparently, they are under new management, and it shows because it isn't what it used to be.

We have ate here several times. It's usually pretty good but tonight it was very fair. The Kung pao chicken had a really almost overpowering vinegar taste. One of the members of our party ordered kung pao chicken entree with no spice it came out spicier tasting then the other order that another in our party ordered that was regular. We had to ask our server multiple times to bring out some plates so that we could eat our appetizers finally brought to the table. Then there was repeated things that we asked the server for and never received without having to ask two or three times. Overall it was not a good night for the PF Chang crew. Which again is unusual for them cuz it's usually pretty good. I guess everybody's entitled to a bad night here and there I just wish it wouldn't have been the night we were there

I usually order the same thing, Ginger Chicken with broccoli, and ask that the broccoli be cooked extra soft. When our meal was served , the broccoli was so hard that I had trouble cutting it with a knife. The manager came over an offered to re do, but I was not willing to wait another 20 min.

Everything was great except for my rice in the Kung pao chicken. It was quite mushy and I didn’t eat it nor complained. The service was great, ambience, and noise level was minimal.

I received online confirmation for Valentines Day dinner with my wife. Got there 5 minutes prior to confirmed time. Host said I had no reservation. I showed her my confirmation, and after arguing with her for several minutes, she said she would take us in a few minutes. We stood there over 30 minutes. People who came in after us were seated. It was a mad house. Extremely noisy and very unorganized. Not a nice Valentine's Date. We left, walked across the courtyard to a Chophouse and sat right down, and had a great meal with great atmosphere. In my opinion, P.F. Changs is way overrated. We've been to one in another state, and it was OK. This one no.
