We were seated for about ten minutes and had to ask for a server. And we had a reservation. The bar was busy so it took a lot of time to gets our drinks. Our food came fast and it was very good

I felt the music was way too loud for the restaurant. Especially when sitting close to other tables with lots of chattering.

I made reservations to eat at this PF Chang's in Back Bay on Open Table. When I arrived, the hostess insisted that restaurant did not use Open Table, but assured us we could have a table. I pulled out my phone to show her the OT confirmation, but she still insisted it was wrong. Pretty frustrating, but I did collect 100 points! I have eaten here several times before. I like the variety of small plates on the menu and the food is always exactly what I expect.

We have been to many PF Chang restaurants. This restaurant was very good. We ordered our standard meals and appetizer. The food and service were both very good.

El personal no es amable, no sirvieron completo olvidaron un platillo pero si lo cobraron, la cuenta estuvo mal en fin mal servicio

Slow service, took our order for drinks, I ordered the signature beer on tap. It was out. Next beer ordered, came back did not have. Menu should have been updated and was not is what she said. So had to have bottled beer. Restaurant was empty and did not see the server at all. When she brought the bill it had the original beer I ordered still on there as a charge. When asked she said yes she takes it off when she rings the bill through…?? Will not go back
