The restaurant was dirty. The kids working the host table were rude. I made reservations and still waited 45 minutes. there were numerous empty tables, but we still had to wait. Once I got to my table, I had to clean it from leftover food on the seats and the table was wet. I wiped down my table and got it ready for sitting. I won't go back. I do remember when this restaurant was a very nice place to dine. Our server was great, but she was overworked, and the lack of service was not her fault.

We had the reservation and we still waited 20 mins till we saw a spot at the bar that was open. There were 3-4 tables open but they were not seating them. We didn’t even get called for seating till 30 mins after the reservation. The bar staff was really good and food was very good but we won’t be going back to this location for a very long time.

Everything was perfect: food, service, ambiance. The only thing I’ll complain about is that they overbooked reservations and we had to wait 45 minutes past our reservation time for a booth. If the fix their reservations I’ll definitely go back!

We haven't been to PF Chang's in years (there's not one near our home), but we met some friends at the Arboretum location last night. The hostess was helpful, the server was friendly, and the food and drinks were good! The only negative was that the floor under our table had quite a bit of food that had been spilled/dropped by previous diners. And the women's restroom could have been a lot cleaner.

Terrible service, dated dining room that is empty, staff is apathetic. For the food you get - wouldn’t even consider it Asia style. You’re better offer at many other authentic places all around Austin. And this place is a fortune! Not worth it.

Pretty mediocre food, interior has seen better days, and empty. Service is average and can’t see how they can keep open for long. Given the price the quality of food is subpar. It’s basically mall food.

This is by far our favorite place to go for our “sister” dates and catch up. The service is fantastic!!! The best we have had in the area by far. We always request Mahsheed, her service is the absolute best!!! One of our favorites is the chocolate lava cake to end a great meal with.

PF Chang's is always reliable, and we were please with our selections this time around: sesame chicken for my wife and kung pao shrimp for me. And their hot and sour soup is delicious! Our server Jasmine did a nice job too.

The service was good. Good waitress. The food was not good to me. The restaurant was okay but not somewhere I’d go for a special occasion. The portions are small for Chinese food and the meals do not include soup or egg rolls. I was not impressed.

Many years ago used to feel high end now it feels very generic. One of the hosts was spraying bug spray around the booths next to us and on the rock wall saying she didn’t “see any” right now. It smelled awful and when I looked at the dust piled up on the back of our booth it made me wonder how clean the place was. Another host returned to those booths before more diners arrived and began to spray air freshener, so it went from bug spray chemical smell to cheap bathroom air-Not returning.

felt very rushed, ordered drinks and apps arrived at the same time. ordered main after being asked twice in under 5 minutes and those arrived in under 5 minutes, tasted like it too. check was dropped off well before we finished and table was being cleaned as we were eating.

From the food to the service, my father and I had an exceptional experience at this PF Chang’s. The hostess immediately recognized my father had recent eye surgery and offered to seat us in an area where any glare from the late afternoon sun would not be a problem. Although bar service was somewhat slow, our server was extremely friendly and our food cooked to perfection. I highly recommend this restaurant, and we will visit it again.

The hostess was rude as all get out because my reservation was on OpenTable and I was treated like a second class citizen and I had to wait 40 minutes even though I had a reservation for 6 o’clock I did not get informed about a table till 645 it was a terrible experience

Excellent service- he took great care of us! One of our party members had a nut allergy and he was very careful to make sure her food was nut free! The food was great as usual. Had the pad Thai and Mongolian beef. Was also able to get Moo Goo Gai Pan off the menu :). Delicious

I am just aggravated that every single reservation I make Open Table bugs me to death! One time I am ok with but while I was driving and after I got there was getting texts to see if was going. If I make a reservation that I am not keeping I ALWAYS cancel. This has become VERY annoying!

Made a reservation on OpenTable on Wednesday prior to a Saturday arrival for dinner. Upon arrival we were told our reservation was not received from OpenTable and it would be a 2-2.5 hour wait. Once I provided confirmation and explanation around the occasion the manager hastily did what he could to get us on the waitlist, after a 5 minute wait we were seated. Kudos to PF Chang’s manager on duty making my daughters birthday celebration a success.

The quality of the food was incredibly poor, sauces were thick and not consistent with the brand. We’ve been eating at PFC for over 20 years - cold food and drenched in sauce. Server was not even mediocre, complained many times about the company and new policies. He was not engaging, acted miserable and couldn’t handle his tables - btw it wasn’t busy. Won’t be going back to this location. This is consistent. We tried to give it another chance. A $60 mistake.

PF Chang's is always reliable, and our lunch there was as good as always. The hot and sour soup is a favorite, and we enjoyed our entrees as well. Our server Nathan was friendly and helpful, and we hope to see him again on our next visit.
