Absolutely the worse experience I’ve had in a long time. The waitress was horrible, she only brung out 4 drinks forgot the 5th person. She never checked in with the table to give us updates on the food which took over a hr to come out. Once we received food it was cold. When she took the order she asked everyone what kind of rice did we want but failed to tell us that it would be served family style so others ate the rice thinking it was just their portion. We had to stop multiple workers just to ask for stuff that was missing like straws, utensils etc. She had no proper training at all. Then while we were eating another staff member started sweeping a broom right at our table and he was a sloppy mess!!! Will never eat her again all the food tasted cheap and microwaveable. It’s so much more i can say but im tired of writing

Teriyaki Chicken was cold initially then was retossed and still came back cold. We were seated at a high table and did not have a waiter for 10+ min so we had to flag someone down to take our order.

Food was good. The tiny over priced portion we received. It states it’s made to be shareable but I think they must have meant between toddlers. The dumplings appetizer was good and larger portion than the entree. It’s a one and done for us with this place.

Could not seat a party of 6 as booked. We sat at the bar. The waiter was professional. The drinks were expensive, the food was over seasoned and seemed rewarmed.

Not up to usual standards. Food was only adequate and service was not to usual standards. Our soup was fine but the appetizers that were ordered came significantly after our main course and were cold. The lettuce wraps were inedible and were returned and taken off the bill. Had to request water several times before it was brought. Not our usual experience.

Usually love this restaurant but the service and food was absolutely atrocious. The food took over an hour to come out and was cold. We ordered soup as an appetizer but it didn’t come out until AFTER the entrees came out. We wanted to cancel the soup by that point but the waitress never came back. I asked for the check 3 times 20 minutes apart because she didn’t come back and acted like we didn’t ask the previous time. The restaurant was not busy during this time. I will not be returning to this location.

Probably post Holiday problems - but service poor, and the sushi rolls were not edible .. the interior decor is quite good ... we will return and hope it is all better!

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience and we will not be returning to PF Changs any time soon. When we arrived the restaurant was mostly empty but had several people waiting to be seated. The hostess was more concerned with sweeping the floors (which looked clean) than seating guests. They were severely understaffed and our sympathies were with our server who was trying to make the best of a very difficult situation. The food was marginal and overcooked but less salty then normal. They were out of basic ingredients like pork and scallions. The special lettuce wrap sauce was in a side dish versus being prepared at the table. While insignificant to the lackluster experience, the decor is very dark and depressing. The old location with lake views and brighter lighting were much better.

The worst PF Changs we’ve ever been to. Egg drop soup was way too salty. The dumplings were cold and entrees were stale.

Reservation was not honored and I was made to wait 20 minutes…yet app said I was actively dining. Someone else had taken my reservation and I was treated like a walk in with a 3 yr old hungry. No effort to verify my reservation or look at my email confirmation.

The location was not very busy for a Friday night, and the waitress never brought our appetizers, the food order was wrong, and the service overall was less than stellar

Bad experience will not return. Arrived to an almost empty restaurant and told there was a 1 hr wait since we did not have a reservation originally. We waited at the bar and the restaurant did not fill up it remained practically empty so made an OT reservation and were seated. We were there from 5:45 (waited at the bar) seated at 6:30 and left at 8:30. At 8:30 the restaurant was still practically empty. Did they have reservations at all? Did ALL of their reservations not show up? Weird! There were like 4 couples seated between 6:30 to 8:30. Also the service was almost non existent and the sauces were very "watered down" and not as they usually are. My drink order was supposed to have a salt rim and there was a smear of salt mid way down on the glass where you hold the drink. PF Changs used to be a great experience. What has happened?

Shrimp fried rice tasted burnt but appeared not burned. I suspect oil burned before rice was fried. They were nice and did not charge and offered another dish. Cook just having a bad day I guess. Other salmon entree was good

Food was okay. Feel like this place has gone downhill. Service was not good, though. Took forever to order, had to ask about our appetizer, waitress didn’t return to check on us or refill drinks. Not sure why everything was mov my so slow. Lots of open tables yet there was still a wait.

It had been years since I visited, but the food and drinks were delicious! Our server Anthony provided excellent customer service. He was kind, attentive and professional. I was celebrating my birthday and he brought out this amazing chocolate cake. Not sure if my friend arranged it or if it was on the house. Great experience.

We had a new server in training who was great. My only complaint was with the host. We got there about 20 minutes early. They were not busy at all and had less than a third of the restaurant seated. He said they would seat us at our reservation time. I did not have a problem with that until a walk in came in and they seated them right away. I told him to consider us as a walk in. He developed an attitude until the bartender overheard and mentioned to a a manager and then we were seated and things improved from there. The food was great as usual and the service was very good! I’d go back again. They just need to better train the front of the house to use better common sense and take care of those with reservations ahead of walk-in traffic

The food was lackluster and quantity was very small considering the pricing. I know you'll state inflation but the price does not reflect the quality or quantity of the dishes ordered. Very disappointing.

Our server Kaylaa handled our drinks, appetizers and food professionally and courteously. She was informative and friendly throughout dinner. We hope to see her again soon. Our food and drinks were spot-on, hot and fresh upon arrival at our table. We really savored our various dishes. We'll be back again soon!

Not enough staff. Place was practically empty and we waited 30 minutes past our reservation time to be seated. A manager had to wait on us and take our order. The food was great. Unlikely to return until they get their staffing issues resolved.

Worst dining experience. (Celebrating 75th Birthday) The server had no interest of providing service to us, he was not friendly, nonchalant and somewhat ignore us. He didn't place the items order, didn't check or updated us on food wait (1hr) and incorrect food came out (no eggs) w/ eggs, same appetizer looked and tasted differently. He totally forgot my diabetic husband's meal and didn't want to place another order to wait. The waiter took all six (6) orders, and only placed 5 orders. the server didn't come back come to confirm if someone forget to order or check to see if he made a mistake when placing the orders. Manager was called and instead of a service recovery, he was being sarcastic and that was a very poor job with service recovery. Drinks weren't correct and no refills until the front-end staff saw no service was being provided while we waited for 90minutes. Front-end staff decided to come speak with us, she offered to remake the food and free dessert, we declined both and were ready to leave out after the check. They did give us a 25% discount and emp 10%. We left not satisfied and some other were still hungry.

sea bass was very good. Sesame chicken not so good. Sauce was overpowering. Service was mediocre The place is very loud My wife ordered a cocktail from their signature specialty cocktail menu and was told that they were out of the ingredients to make the drink. How is that possible on on a Monday night when the restaurant was 2/3 empty?

The service was subpar and really put a damper on the whole experience. It appears as if they are working off of two reservation systems at the moment and overlooked my OpenTable reservation. We ended up waiting well over a half hour and I still had to approach the hostess stand after I noticed everyone around us was seated. It appeared as if we were forgotten about. Once we were seated it was a while before we were greeted and then the service was slow and delayed. The other person in my party received the wrong order and it wasn’t removed from the bill. Drink orders were forgotten and everything was slow and delayed. Idk if it’s a short staffing issue or quality of service issue bit the whole experience was underwhelming.

Our waitress apologized many times but the service was slow. It took a while to take our order and then the food came out very slow. We also received our food before our drinks. We were all very hungry and it made us uncomfortable. The food tasted great however and made up for the slowness. I don’t blame our waitress as it seemed everything was slow that night and for a Saturday it just seemed off. I have eaten at the Cheesecake Factory and they were on point from beginning to end and at this restaurant it was just slow and inconsistent. The women’s bathroom was a mess with no toiletries and no attention to the bathroom. This place has a lot to go to be back up to par.
