They didn't have our reservation through Open Table due to some glitch. But they seated us immediately upon our arrival. The place was busy as it was Mother's Day. Food was excellent BUT several of the dishes (not all) could have been served a bit hotter (temperature). It took awhile to get our entrees but again the place was busy. Like many other restaurants they are doing a huge take out business. But in some cases I think more effort is being paid to filling those take out orders than attending to those actually seated in the dining room. Waitress was very good. So overall 4 stars. Everyone at our table had a good meal.

Slow service and hostess process - knew nothing about reservation or open table!!! Advised “ when seated let servers know you open table”?????? Will never ever patronize this location again!!! The worst PF CHANGS IVE EVER BEEN TO!!!!

It took over an hour to get our COLD food. The server was nice, but things were super slow in the kitchen. I sent my order back and they remade it. It was better, but definitely not the quality that I’m accustomed to at PF CHANG’S! Very disappointing visit this time.

We can recommend the calamari as an appetizer. I needed to remember to ask for more sauce, as the sauce provided is kind of small. The beef with broccoli is also good (complemented with brown rice). My wife had the crispy honey chicken (also with brown rice). The evening was kind of quiet but that is far from a complaint.

Good Food and service - but the hostess - regarding open table reservations- “understanding the rules and uses” - just didn’t know what the hell she was talking about!!!!!

While the food was excellent as usual, my granddaughter and I waited an hour between appetizers and entrees and with the dining room almost empty. I understand that there can some times be staffing issues in the kitchen, but we watched many take out orders go out the door. Our server worked really hard to keep us informed and refilled beverages but the experience was just not good. I recommend that in house guest should always have their orders prioritized in that they are also buying appetizers and drinks, possibly desserts. By the time we got our order we were just ready to leave. This was so disappointing for our annual Grandmother-Granddaughter outing.

I arrived at 7:20pm for a 7:30pm reservation. I was finally sat at 7:38pm. Not necessarily a problem except the restaurant was only about 20% full of patrons. I waited on the server another 10mins only to be told they were “out” of the dish I wanted. I substituted and placed my order. I decided to leave at 8:30pm after I still had not received my meal. How do you get a wasted hour of your life back?

Made a open table booking. Waited 30 minutes to be seated. Waited 20 minutes for the server. We ordered the honey baked chicken with brown rice and spicy chicken and fried rice. When we tasted the food it was bland and exactly the same. No spices to be found on the spicy chicken. Rice was served with chicken pieces only : very dry. Nothing in the fried chicken… I lived for 6 years in China and do know what Chinese food can be - this was a joke Terrible : much better restaurants in the Smyrna

Server was friendly but speed was slow. Food took forever. Everyone around us having the same problems. Not sure why PF Chang doesn’t close all of their restaurants in Atlanta. Same problems at all of them.

i usually visit a PF Changs at the perimeter so i was surprised by the one in cumberland. it just isn't as good- doesn't seem as clean, as well maintained, and the service was fine but a bit off (we got mains before appetizer, we got drinks late too, water was never offered). there are missing tables in a few areas that was surprising. made the restaurant seem like it was close to closing or something. so odd. and disappointing.

Food was very tasty but portions were smaller than expected especially since menu states entrées are shareable. Food also took too long to come out but server did keep us updated. Apparently the kitchen was behind that, which was Father's Day. However, I will return because I enjoyed the food and ambiance.

P.F. Chang’s is one of my favorite places to eat while I travel. Food, service and drinks were outstanding. Typical of P.F. Chang’s. But this “location” is terrible. It is looking rundown on the outside and there’s a lot of people just sitting around on the outside of the restaurant. Not a good look for a nice restaurant.

The server refused to write things down but always forgot something. Had to constantly ask for items again multiple times. I ordered a glass of wine and it never came. Food came out cold. Just go someplace else for dinner. Awful experience

We had reservations but they were 30 minutes behind on reservations so we had to wait extra time to be seated. The food was basic I ordered orange chicken and fried rice. Let’s just say Panda Express orange chicken is way tastier and better. The Chang’s chicken was ok. Wasn’t worth the buck.

I would not go here until they figure out their staffing issues. Long wait to get table even with reservation and long wait to get food. They also claim open table reservations aren’t compatible with their reservation system so be aware. Staff was great in-spite of these issues.

Unfortunately they were understaffed. The meat was tough. Two meals had to be returned. The fried rice was tasteless. We were very surprised. This is not the norm.

Very slow service. Had 7:30 pm reservation and didn’t get seated until 8:15. We did not get our food due to slow service. We left and do not recommend going to this location.

Had a 5PM reservation. Arrived 5 min early to a line in the lobby. They had seated more walk ins than what they had staff for. At 5:30 still waiting seats opened up at the bar and we sat there. Should not happen for an early reservation party of 2. Will not be back.

The food is always amazing but we had an issue with the restaurant not being able to see OpenTable reservations. We ended up waiting for a table we thought was already reserved for us.

I had a reservation at 8 and they assigned me a table at 8.45 then I took more than one hour to get the food. When I finally got my food they gave the wrong one (low Mein instead of Fried rice) so it took 20 more minutes to get my rice. The excuse they gave us was "we are very short staff and we have many parties today" This experience was a total disappointment and I would not return to this venue.

First off I made a reservation for 7:30 and arrived a few minutes prior. I was told they didn’t see my open table reservation and their kitchen was backed up causing a 45 minute to an hour delay in seating. We decided to wait the 45 minutes as I had my hopes up for PF Changs. We were sat at 8:15 and the server informed us the kitchen was out of chicken! Chicken is 70% of the menu. As they were prepping more would we like something else? Other diners were leaving as they were told the same thing. From the time we came in the door to when we left we felt like I welcomed guests. Also there were at least 5-8 people in the kitchen, a hostess, 4 or 5 servers, 2 bartenders, and 8 tables of guests. Greeting and preparing food for 8 tables of guests should not be this problematic and we won’t go back to this location again! I will say half of the food was ok even after waiting but was it worth it? Absolutely not! Oh and to top it off… a bribe was left on each table for a google 5 star review would earn us a free dessert.

We came to P.F. Chang for my daughter’s birthday, and the hostess indicated she couldn’t find my reservation. I made my reservation several days before and called on the day of the reservation to confirm. So we had to wait an additional 20 minutes past our original reservation time. Once we got seated everything start to go a little better. Waiter was good, and the food was good. It just felt like the restaurant was really short staffed, but I guess the day after Christmas that can be the case. Overall my daughter enjoyed her birthday dinner, which was the most important thing.

It was a bad experience all around. Went here for special family dinner since we love P.F. Chang’s every where else we’ve been. This one however doesn’t keep up. They said the Open Table reservation doesn’t work with them and didn’t have us. Luckily it was Tuesday night so restaurant was half empty. Still they made stand around and wait 10 minutes while I stared at empty tables we could sit at. Waitress took forever to take our order, bring drinks, bring food, everything. She was apathetic. Music was blaring so loud you couldn’t really have a nice conversation. Finally the food came and it was mushy. $200 for a party of 5 and a bad experience. I won’t be back.

Ran out of rice and food was delivered piece meal to the table. Had to involve a manager just to get an explanation despite asking the waiter several times why our food was not being delivered. Food was delicious, but service was awful.

We called and confirmed the booking and when we got there they said they absolutely have no food to serve. They were out of chicken rice and a lot of other stuff. In short a lot of people were being turned down because they did not have any food to serve.
