After the manager helped me navigate my allergies, the waiter brought me the wrong item and neither he nor the manager caught it. Ugh. The waiter was very slow to bring our party of seven our water. Literally 35 minutes. But the new chairs and upgrades were nice.

We recently celebrated a couple of birthdays in my family and enjoyed a dinner out at P.F. Chang’s. The food was amazing, per usual. However, this night was made extra special by our server, Felisha. She was super sweet and made the birthday girls feel extra special. She surprised them with ice cream and sparklers. Thanks Felisha for helping make their birthdays great!

Service was delayed because our server was not ready to serve. Another server had to do extra table. She did her best to take care of us. But food came cold and nothing tasted like the way we ordered. We not come back here.

We made reservations for 7:00 pm Friday night and arrived just before. No one was in line to be seated and the they were not very busy. It took 15 minutes for us to be seated. We placed our order and ask for new plates due to food remnants. The server after 15 or so minutes came over and ask what we had ordered. Another 15 minutes or so all of our food arrived at once , soup, appetizer and entree. The entree, beef with broccoli while tasty had about 6 small chunks of flank steak and was at beast Luke warm . It appeared the establishment was lacking support staff. Not sure I will be back.

They were very crowded and the service was very slow. Took two hours. Excellent soup but the low mien noodles were cold and shrimp with lobster sauce tasted off. I loved the restaurant before. They had an off day. They did not have any new XMAS entrees.

Probably our last visit to PF Chang's, at least this location. Here's why 1. We had a reservation, but had to wait 15-20 minutes in line to get to the hostess stand, where the lady fumbled with the computer screen, not seeming to know what she was doing. I questioned her, reminding her that we had a reservation. She said she was trying to find us a table. I pointed out an empty table right at the hostess stand, and said we'd take that one. She looked puzzled, but seated us there. 2. We were a party of 4. Two of us got food within 15 minutes or so. The other two were at least 30 minutes later getting theirs, with no apologies or explanation from the server. The food was merely adequate, not what we've been accustomed to over the years at Chang's. Maybe it's just this location, but it soured us on Chang's in general.

I had the worst experience ever in my life. First when we walked there even we have reservation they said we need to wait 20 minute. I asked them why u didn’t call or text us . She look at me and said I don’t have time for that ! We seat the server came and take our order . He bring the drink and appetizer and split one of the drink to my 90 years grandpa. We said that ok it’s happen . He went and brink towel and dry it but we need call him to bring wipe to clean it becauseevery where was so stinky . We asked for napkin he only bring one ! Then we asked him again to bring more! We order the eggplant and chicken the eggplant was without chicken . We told him he Said I’m new I don’t know what to do !!! I told him to talk with manager I’m sure he will find a solution. The manager send us chicken without and souse in bowl. I even don’t serve that chicken to my pets. We ask the manger and ask him to make our food again. Overall it was the worst experience ever. I was so embrace in front of my family .

PF Changs is always impressing us when we dine with them. Service was fast and accurate. Our waiter Francisco was especially helpful. We keep going back to this restaurant because the atmosphere is special, the food always great for the price. Kudos to PF Changs North Point.

The food was wonderful and we even received a free Mongolian beef entrée for spending $50+ but the service was awfully slow(well over 2 hours spent in restaurant) . The waitress had too many tables to cover.

The Alpharetta location of PF Chang’s has really really slipped on service, food quality, and almost everything else. They always seem understaffed, food comes out cold, and tastes completely off.

Something happened, but the Mgr wouldn’t explain. We waited an hour with no appetizers or food while everyone around us got served. Then our meal showed up less than warm, then appetizers arrived when we were done eating. Mgr kept wanting to give us more drinks and dessert for free instead of discounting what we actually ordered. Server wouldn’t explain what happened either. Terrible experience.

Just want to prevent anyone from wasting their time at this location. Waited over 30 minutes without any service even after asking a couple servers for some waters. Left without eating.

The food at P.F. Chang's will never disappoint. Our tempura calamari was interesting and eaten quickly. Our entrees (beef and broccoli for me, honey shrimp for my wife) was tasty. But the service on the night we visited was lacking. Not for lack of attention. The kitchen was short staffed and our order came out over an hour after we ordered it. We were offered 50% off the bill, so I will give them that. But I will not be returning to this location for a year.

The waiter came to our table five minutes after we were seated said he’d be back to take our drink orders. The next time we saw him was when he brought our bill at the end. The manager and other staff did all the work. The food was ok but the service from our waiter was terrible.

Overall, the food was very good. However, they ran out of fried rice and Sapporo beer and our reservation was at 4:30pm. Not sure how an Asian/Chinese restaurant runs out of fried rice that early. The service was excellent and the ambience was very nice.

Had to wait 30 minutes for the Wonton soup. Apparently they were out of the soup and had to make it fresh. Someone should have informed us of the problem. Could have switched to Egg Drop soup if available quicker. Excellent food.

The service was really awful The server were completely ignore us. We had a water after 45 minutes we were in the restaurant. After the food serviced , she never came and asked us about the food Food was good , but she had a attitude so bad with all of us Unbelievable, she was not polite with us 😡😡

It took 52 minutes to get our dinner after placing our order. No apologies from our inattentive unmotivated waitress…it wasn’t even that crowded but they were supposedly behind due to Mother’s Day. The panfried dumplings and soup were good but the dynamite shrimp they offered for our long wait was disgusting. Chicken Lomein barely had any chicken and tasted like nothing more than hot wok oil.

I hadn’t been here in several years. Some of the dishes are the same and we all were happy with ours. Service was good. Noise level was good enough to hold a conversation.

We had a 7 pm reservation. We arrived at 6:45 and checked in. At 7:05 I inquired as to what time we would be seated. They said maybe another 10 minutes, but didn't know for sure. I said please let me know if it will be longer than that. At 7:12 we decided we didn't want to wait any longer, after watching several people get seated before us who came in after us. No apology from the host or anything when we said we were going to leave. We went over to Ton'y Grill in the same parking lot and were seated immediately. Tony's food was great! We were in and out within 45 minutes.

The waitress forgot to put in our dinner order, one of the drinks and dinner dishes were terrible and we had to send it back. We ended up spending 2 hours 45 minutes waiting for things.

Was ok The food was OK it was hot and it should say more crowded. I found it very dead for a weekend and it’s not as good as it used to be.

Overall the experience was great. Our server was nothing less than EXCELLENT! The only issue was we ordered off of the Valentine’s menu and I wish the food had not come all at once. By the time we got to our entree it was cold.

We had a reservation buy was not seated for 35 minutes. We told the host we would be at bar and she forgot. Really? Apps were very good except server forgot my soup. It took 45 minutes to get entrées and my husband’s meal was never served so he got it to go. Dessert was good but it was a very long evening that lacked a positive meal experience.

Pleasantly Surprised. We ate at the PF Chang's at North Point 4 years ago and had not been back due to a poor experience. We decided to give it another try last night. As with most places right now, they seemed a bit understaffed, but that is the "New Normal" When our waiter Mikey came to our table he was very pleasant and attentive. He made our visit very enjoyable. We will be returning.
