Service was great but Orange chicken was not good. Overpriced for what you get. Plus it’s nearly $5 to add fried rice….

Service was slow and not too friendly, including hostess taking me to my table. I had to speak to manager on duty and he was helpful. Kung Pao chicken was very overcooked, which was disappointing. Every time I visit this restaurant, I tell myself I'm not going back. The Chang's at Northpark is far superior in both service and food quality. But I remain hopeful for this Allen location. Not sure why.

Good food, excellent service and atmosphere. Everyone loved the lettuce wraps with chicken and the accompanying sauce. The edamame beans were delicious. One person thought salt level was just right another thought they were too salty. The fried rice with Shrimp and the Pepper Steak were very flavorful. The steak was very tender. However, the Mongolian Beef was a disappointment. It lacked flavor and was rather bland. The P.F. Chang’s Apple Crumble dessert with ice cream was amazing. Our server Summer provided friendly and effective service throughout our meal.

Server was nice and the food was good. The portions were small for the amount you pay. I’ve been here several times and each time the portions get smaller. You do better ordering from your local favorite Chinese restaurant in order to get a bang for your buck.

Excellent service from Kenny Drinks a little sugary Food more spicy than I remember from previous visit Timing improved over previous visits - didnt take as long to be served as previous visits Overall the service and timing offsets food and drink style. Will be back for appetizers and happy hour

We waited an hour for our food, so that was disappointing. But the manager comped a large part of our meal, which I really appreciated. I’ve always loved this place but it seems the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the restaurant has gone down some in recent years.

Service was friendly and attentive. Ordered spring rolls and didn’t care for the accompanying sauce. Ordered chicken lo Mein and the chicken was so overcooked, couldn’t even cut with a fork. This Changs is hit and miss, and always the fault of the kitchen staff (service is always strong).
