Perspective dining is a modern gastronomic tasting menu experience, a closed-door 12-seat chef table dining space, our chefs will take you on a unique culinary journey. Perspective Dining will offer cutting-edge tasting menus seasonally from 3 courses to 9 courses, a plant-based menu as well as a protein-based menu. Perspective Dining will be collaborating with local farmers and suppliers to ensure that our vision of uncompromised, no holds barred excellence and sustainability is showcased in our food.

Exquisite dishes, impeccably presented, the journey from field to plate narrated by the chef, served attentively along with delightful wine pairings and a personal touch. Highly recommend.

An experience worth living and tasting. Andrew is an incredible chef who is passionate about sharing his love of food. From the food to the experience and story telling, this was the best degustation experience my husband and I have had. Andrew's ability to make the simplest foods taste incredible is a true gift! We were also impressed with the overall atmosphere and intimate setting of only 14 people, the choice of music and wine pairing was also exceptional. We will definitely be back.

The food was amazing. Each dish was brilliant presented and amazing combination of flavours and textures. The quiet ambience makes it so easy to relax and chat. Like being in someone’s home. Will definitely visit again. Loved the stories for each meal.

Unusual and exciting ingredients which resulted in outstanding food combinations that completely harmonised with the palate. Intimate, quiet, great participation by the chef/owner with the serving of each course. Definitely a place for food aficionados and those seeking the delight of an exceptional degustation.
