Located at McEwen Northside, Perry’s is serving its first greater Nashville-area location in Franklin, Tennessee. Perry’s Cool Springs is bringing our award-winning menu, impeccable ambiance, unique signatures, tableside presentations and exceptional service for DINE-IN or TO-GO. Our 11,000-square-foot space can host up to 350 guests, inviting all to soak up and savor the Perry’s experience.     Our version with a twist on the traditional. A 22 oz. Bone-In Caramelized Prime Rib Pecan-wood-fired, then crusted and caramelized to your preference from medium to well-done, topped with Perry’s Steak Butter and served with Truffle Merlot Demiglace and homemade horseradish cream for $69/person (+tax & gratuity). Sides are available for an extra charge. Enjoy $13 brunch-inspired cocktails from 11 AM - 4 PM! A credit card is required to hold your DINE-IN reservation. If you need to cancel, please do so within 48 hours of the reservation time to avoid a $15 per person cancellation fee. Full menu also available.

    Simply superb. Waiter was the best and engaged in conversation and too his time with discussing the menu

    We waited so long for our reservation. We were not seated until 30-35 minutes. It was very crowded and many people were late being seated. It’s pretty loud but that doesn’t bother me. The food is very good! We got a free desert since it was our anniversary which was really nice. If we were seated within 10 minutes it would have been a lot better.

    Went Perry’s Steakhouse in Franklin, Tn last night. I live in Nashville and heard great things. Unfortunately from the time we sat down until we left nothing was great. I ordered a glass of Prosecco and it came with a bug in it. It then took forever for anyone to come to our table to order appetizers so we went ahead and ordered dinner at the same time. We had no follow-up on cocktails and wine. The food was not good. Ordered ribeye and what came to the table was not a ribeye. Salad dressing was wrong. The loaded mash potatoes looked like they had plastic cheese on top of them. The only thing that tasted good was the bread that came 30 minutes after we requested it. Not a good experience, food was not good and will not be returning.

    We always have a really good meal at Perry’s. The steaks are excellent…always cooked to perfection. Our server, Tyler, was super helpful and personable.

    Always prefer the bar over the dining room. Quick and easy seating. More fun for a small party.

    Dined at Perry's on a Saturday night, also Graduation weekend> We were a party of four Senior Adults celebrating birthdays and just having a nice night out. Amember of our party is hearing impaired and going through Chemo, so when I made the reservation I asked for a small, private room. The room was not available due to graduation reservations. I expressed our needs to the Manager, Gill, and he seated us at a very nice booth that was out of the way. Our server attended to our fine dining experience with great care and attention. Our desserts were complimentary. We had a very lovely time, the food was delicious, and we will most certainly return for our next celebration dinner!

    We celebrated our 14th anniversary at Perry’s and it was amazing!! This was our first time there and we will for sure be back. Everything we got was delicious! I indicated on our reservation that it was our anniversary and they put rose pedals on our table and gave us a dessert! It was a wonderful experience! Jonah was our waiter and he was great!

    The filet was not a quality cut of meat. The fried asparagus was not very good. We have been a few times and the last two times were disappointing.
