Our food was phenomenal and the staff that served it was great but our waitress was awful. Her name is Sarah and if she serves you leave. We waited over 15 minutes just to be acknowledged and the drink my wife ordered never came. Sarah was attentive to her other tables but not to ours. I saved my hard earned money to take my wife out for a birthday dinner which ended in a $96 tab for poor service. After paying out I took my wife to Whiskey Cake nearby where we had a great experience and the staff really turned the night around servicing dessert and drinks for us. Again the food was great and the staff that serves the food was great but our waitress Sarah was awful. The other waiters and waitresses serving tables around us seemed like the did a great job as well so I would recommend going here just not having Sarah as a waitress but save your money bc it is expensive!

The food was excellent and our server was great. Too noisy to enjoy our table conversation. Background music was much too loud and the general customer noise level was a problem for us.

My husband and I went to Perry’s for our 3rd anniversary and it was FANTASTIC! We loved the entire experience from the moment we walked in to the moment we left. Our reservations were made for 7:30 and when we arrived at 7 our table was already prepared for us, staff was very friendly, we had a great waiter who was friendly, respectful & accommodating, the food was EXCELLENT & came out much faster than I expected, our cocktails were the best i’ve ever tasted & the ambiance was so nice! I have nothing negative to say about it. Can’t wait to go back & experience it again. 10/10 recommend!

I booked reservation for 2 to celebrate our 37th anniversary, we were seated at a bare booth/table that seats up to maybe 6 or eight. I mainly chose the restaurant because of the occasion and wanted it to feel a little romantic. I didn’t say anything because if the waiter knew of our anniversary in which he did because he mentioned it to us, but maybe he or only me is sensitive about it. We if the Lord says the same and bless us to celebrate 38 years we will find another restaurant.

Gorgeous restaurant and bar, super friendly hostess sat us in a table off the corner, perfect! Ivanna and James(2nd day on the floor) took incredible care of us and we never went thirsty or hungry. We split the stuffed mushrooms, amazing, both had the châteaubrione steaks three way and it melt in our mouth. Finished with espresso martinis and it was delicious. Highly recommend!!

Food is always amazing. Had the grilled sea bass and was phenomenal. My date had the filet and it was perfectly grilled. Sides were amazing as well. Service was outstanding.

Overall, an average dining experience compared to higher-end steakhouses. The food was good and the service OK. Upon arrival, I expected a more business casual to formal atmosphere, especially because the Perry's website specifies this attire. However, we found many patrons wearing cargo pants or jeans and t-shirts. Not a problem, but I want to mention this for others who wonder what to wear on their first visit. The hosts were very friendly and professional. We were led to our table on the patio, but several steps of service were missed. For example, we were a party of two, and the table was set for four. We were sat, but none of the extra setting were removed, nor was the centerpiece adjusted to allow for more room on the table. We noticed most of the glassware had waterspots, which is a detail, but a detail that matters when your average ticket it $100+ per person. Our server, Chris was friendly, cordial, and helpful and he saved my opinion of the service quality at the restaurant. He made helpful menu suggestions, knew the menu well, despite my partner asking several hard questions due to her special diet. Our appetizers and mains arrived in a timely manner. The food was well-presented and tasteful. However, I didn't find anything unique on the menu; nothing that I would not find anywhere else, which was disappointing. I was looking for something that would draw me back in the future. As our food was laid, the runner just threw the food down, oblivious to the way the plate should face; another service-quality misstep. We were also not provided steak knives until our waiter returned to check on us and found we had been unable to begin our meal. I would like to see the level of service match the per person cost. Right now, if you you're looking for an excellent experience, I would make the trip into Houston to a bigger steakhouse. For a casual experience, Perry's does OK.

Perry's Steakhouse is an upscale steak restaurant. They have a wide variety of choices on their menu. The side dishes are shareable between two to three people. Our waiter was extremely helpful in making suggestions on the menu. Our steaks were cooked to you perfection. The potatoes au gratin were cheesy, creamy and delicious! My husband said his side of mushrooms were outstanding in the asparagus with his steak was delicious. It was our anniversary and they made us feel very special with flower petals on the table and a complimentary dessert.

Perry’s always serves high quality food in a brilliant atmosphere. I’ve enjoyed this restaurant for 25 years - from when they were on the Bay Area Blvd location. It’s a wonderful experience each time.

Our server Ryan was just outstanding and very attentive. Never made us feel rushed . The front desk reception people were great as well. I had to push my reservation back twice and they were so accommodating and so polite. Definitely will be going back there for our 20th anniversary

In a nutshell, their food is good but overpriced for the experience, compared to many of their competitors. I have been a customer at the Clear Lake location, following them from the old Bay Area store to Baybrook Mall. Their pork chop is love at first bite. Their steaks are good but not memorable. The ambiance can be nice with the right table but gets loud in the main dining room. The fellow diners are a mix of corporate types, folks celebrating an anniversary, and others that appear to have wandered in from the mall’s food court wearing sweats and flip flops. Overall, the experience is fine but doesn’t deliver on that price point like Killen’s or Pappa Bros. The lunch menu can be a better value.

Our dinner was handled expertly end-to-end. From the service in welcoming us through ordering, to the kitchen preparing our requests, to attending to our needs throughout our meal, we’re very well executed. The main dining room was quiet since it was early on a Tuesday night. Overall an excellent evening.

We booked a table at Perry's Steakhouse Baybrook to celebrate our anniversary. When we arrived, we were brought to a semi private room of 4 tables. Our table had rose petals sprinkled on it. Very lovely. Our service could not have been better. Our food was very good. I ordered the Waygu starter, which was very flavorful, the seabass which was delicious and the fried asparagus with crabmeat, very good. We brought home the chocolate dessert which was fabulous.

Rude management, you will not be treated with respect. Spend your money elsewhere. The rude manager is the one who responds to the reviews, nothing will get fixed. Plenty of other restaurants in the area that will act in a professional manner

Server was inattentive and when we had a problem with one of our meals she was very rude with her response. The manager had gave us a new server who was very nice.

Food and service was fantastic and the veggie primavera for my wife who doesn’t eat steak was perfect
