PeakFine Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is a wonderful way to start or end your day! With the bounty of what the Okanagan, and Canada has to offer us in the ways of cheese, poultry, produce, seafood, grains, so much more, we focus on using local Canadian and Artisanal products to help keep low food miles, support local growers, farmers and use sustainable foods in our kitchens. With healthy options, vegan, or decadent multi-course meals paired with local wines and spirits, your culinary adventure will go unmatched while you dine, and take in the sweeping Okanagan Lake Views.

If you are dining as a resort guest, PeakFine Restaurant encourages wearing bathrobes and slippers for breakfast and lunch. In the evening, we adhere to a smart casual dress code, and we ask that guests refrain from wearing hats or slippers to dinner. There is an 18% service charge for parties of 6 or more.

Please note that Sparkling Hill Resort & Spa is a 16 plus only resort.

For breakfast, PeakFine is a great value. The menu options are great and the service is fantastic. I would definitely eat breakfast there again.

We waited awhile before getting service . Glass of water was empty and had to ask for more . Husbands eggs on eggs Benedict were almost like a hard boiled egg and he asked for medium . Salad was kind of bland

Food was excellent but unfortunately the service was very very slow. We took our orders at 7 and we weren't finished service until 9:30. This was also disappointing as we wanted to use the saunas at the resort before they closed at 10.

I can only speak to their breakfast options, as that is all we had. We had breakfast here twice and the food was really good both times. I had the spinach and feta omelette...it was delicious and the next day had the full breakfast...and it really was a full breakfast...so filling we didn't need lunch that day! Generous portions, great service and fantastic view!

We did the THREE-COURSE FEATURE MENU specifically for the spot prawn entree. “B.C spot prawns, mussels, browned garlic butter, blistered grape tomato, scallion, ramp pesto, linguini”. It was nice however the “prawns” plural meant just that. Only 2 prawns. And 5 or 6 mussels. Disappointing. Not really worth it. I asked for Parmesan to go with it which wound up being an extra $3. The wild salmon croquettes first course was excellent as was the Espresso & Chocolate Mousse dessert. We enjoyed the wine pairing and our waitress was very helpful and answered our questions about the wine. Unfortunately it was VERY noisy from a large group seated near us and we could hear every word from the table behind us. But we were accommodated with a with a window seat and beautiful view. It was nice but room for improvement.

The Maple Bacon Pancake Stack was our favourite so far. The americano was also great.

I’m super disappointed. I had a lot of hope for sparkling Hill and Peak fine with the Chef that they had but he quit last week. His sous chef has now taken over is my understanding, however, this place is understaffed, and I ended up with a touch of tummy discomfort after eating here. For resort the charges what sparkling Hills does I far more value. The crème brûlée were like little compressed gelatins in the form of ice cubes and were not brûlée at all. Two spot prawns in an entrée is not sufficient, and if you don’t want to pay the money to put them on the menu then don’t. I won’t be back
