    The atmosphere is very pleasant, as is the service. I have been several times and it has always been a good experience. The food is also very good! I enjoyed seeing the eclipse there, and it was a good decision.

    I've been to that location several times for many occasions and my guests are always amazed by the service, the food especially that mesmerizing view of the city. I highly recommend it and the corner window tables get you the best views.

    Espectacular... Atención 100 de 10, comida exquisita, precio asequible, los meseros y la chef super atentos y muy cordiales. Aunque hoy estuvo muy nublado y lloviendo entonces no se apreciaba la vista, y el mirador estaba cerrado por los fuertes vientos. Buen motivo para volver.

    When Peak just opened I was telling all my friends how great it was. Most of the touristy places have a very average service but Peak was an exception - the service and food used to be outstanding.Unfortunately after my most recent visit I don’t think I will ever come back. Last night I had a beyond terrible experience. Manager, server, and a cocktail server ruined it all. I made a reservation with a special occasion note. It was my best friend’s birthday. I really wanted to make this day special for my friend since it was also his last day in New York, he is moving to another country for good. After making a reservation I also called the restaurant and asked if they had any specials since my friend not a big fan of seafood. I didn’t get an answer and asked if we can seat at the bar, but I was told that it depends on how busy the restaurant is gonna be. I remember the time when it used to be packed so I believed the information provided and I asked for a nice table since it was a special ocasional. When we arrived it was empty. A table request wasn’t accommodated. The manager came and was very irritated by my request to change the table. I was told I need to order a pre fixe, and I asked for a menu so I could take a look before committing to it. The manger just kept telling me that it “ the same” as the regular menu without any further explanation and without giving me the menu. I don’t work there, I don’t know what is “the same”. Our server told us about the special of the day. And it was the only interaction with us. No suggestions, not checking on how the food was. And the food was just ok. The filet mingnon we ordered wasn’t the right temperature. But the server didn’t bother to check on it. I had to look for a server to remind about the birthday. Our table was ignored the entire time. Other servers asked to wait for our server and refused to take a dessert order. The surprise was completely ruined. The dessert menu was dropped, cake brought with NO candle
