Join us and our cider maker Clay Erskine and our head chef Josie Erskine, for an incredible culinary experience. Situated in the sunny slopes of Caldwell, Idaho, we offer unique farm-to-table cuisine. We grow 20 acres of 800+ varieties of fruits, vegetables, and flowers as well as working with numerous local family farms to make all of this possible. We believe land that produces food is sacred and the hands that raise food are blessed. Unforgettable cuisine and over 10 delectable hard apple ciders made right here on our farm. Join us on our farm overlooking the Owyhee Mountains for a sustainable, exhilarating experience you'll want to recreate over and over again.

Peaceful Belly offers a great experience in fine dining. The food is amazing and very imaginative. It had a warm friendly ambience and the staff give superior. Great time relaxing time spent with friends.

Everything was perfect! Our server was AWESOME! She gave some great suggestions as to what to have for lunch, and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction.

We loved every component of our experience at Peaceful Belly. Josie and Tilly made our day special. Service was wonderful and timely, the restaurant is stunning, and the food is delicious. We tried several different entrees, the deviled egg appetizers, and a flight of cider. We would recommend this place for a large group or an intimate date in a beautiful setting.

We went on Easter Sunday since our refrigerator broke. It was not crowded like other restaurants, service was excellent and food was delicious and great portion size. Love the local use of food and creative recipes 😋

Peaceful Belly is such a delightful find! Everything I ate was so incredibly delicious, and the restaurant itself is adorable. The staff were helpful and kind. There were five people in my party, and we all enjoyed our food immensely. I definitely recommend Peaceful Belly.

Love everything about Peaceful Belly! The menu is always changing with the seasons so every time we go it's like a new restaurant. The light and colorful dishes never disappoint and they have options for every dietary restriction. So much thought goes into all the details - fresh picked flowers on every table, well stocked local goods corner, etc. Can't wait to visit again this summer!

In my opinion this is the best restaurant in the treasure valley! The staff is as friendly and professional as it gets. The grounds are beautiful in the late spring until Fall with bounties of exquisite veggies, fruit and flowers. Do yourself a favor and book a reservation. You will become a faithful customer.

First time at Peaceful Belly and it was amazing! The cider, food(chicken pot pie), ambiance and staff were fantastic! Also loved the Galentines Day vendors! Will definitely be a regular from now on!

Fantastic. Josie introduced us to the sheep and worms. The kids loved the corn bread. Kale and mushroom socca was delicious. All the food was great. The staff were “joyful” according to my son. We all want to go back. Well worth the drive from Boise!

Third time we've had a meal here & it was the best! Sat near the window with just the right out of Sun! We love to order multiple items from the whole menu to share & taste everything we can! Its hard to pick a favorite because it's all so delicious! Did love the mushroom Socca though! Can't recommend this place enough! We love everything they do & can't wait for the flowers to be blooming to be able to pick!

We love the food at Peaceful Belly, and the service is outstanding. Would highly recommend. The Stack Rock cider that they make is out favorite. We ended up buying a case! We love that the food is literally farm to fork. The menu is based on what season it is. Which is great. Very awesome place.

Chef Sarah was fabulous with us, she made a wonderful princess plate for my daughter made her feel special! The service was amazing and the food is always delicious!! My friends had fun, my kiddo felt like she was included on the girls brunch. We will always sing Chef Sarah’s praises!!

I loved the seasonal salad, the fresh bread, the hot apple cider and the delicious apple crisp with maple ice cream. It was a fantastic farm to table meal.

This place is perfection. So unassuming that I almost don’t want to share something so special. Every time of the year the food is perfection. I want to order every dish, every time. I recommend doing to 2 flights and trying all the cider. The tea is loose leafed and served in a French press and the flavors will serve everyone. This is a special place to take family and friends for a special dining experience. We indulge when we go..apps, entrees, desserts, teas and ciders…it’s always worth it.

We really enjoyed the food and ambiance. A few of us are gluten free, with other food allergies as well and we were able to find some great food choices. I love the garden decorations!

Love going to the Peaceful Belly. Took friends from Reno and they just loved it. We did Cider tasting and they were really good. We all went home with a few bottles.
