Join us and our cider maker Clay Erskine and our head chef Josie Erskine, for an incredible culinary experience. Situated in the sunny slopes of Caldwell, Idaho, we offer unique farm-to-table cuisine. We grow 20 acres of 800+ varieties of fruits, vegetables, and flowers as well as working with numerous local family farms to make all of this possible. We believe land that produces food is sacred and the hands that raise food are blessed. Unforgettable cuisine and over 10 delectable hard apple ciders made right here on our farm. Truly and “peaceful” dining experience! We sat on the porch and were basically in the garden! Beautiful views of the flowers and fields and mountains. We were so surprised that we could not even hear the fast cars on the nearby 55hwy. We ordered the sourdough bread bowl filled with spinach dip, and it was herby and warm and delicious. I ordered the trout flatbread with bok choy salad on top and it was so much better than I expected. The flatbread was freshly baked, trout cooked perfectly and the salad with vinaigrette had almost a floral taste to it. Absolutely delicious and the portion was large too! My husband had the beef stroganoff. He didn’t find the sauce very well seasoned but the wide egg noodles were fresh and flavorful which made up for it. We also enjoyed ice cream served in cute tea cups. The strawberry balsamic and the peanut butter cookie dough were both great.

My husband and I went to Peaceful Belly for our anniversary. We are foodies and the farm to table aspect is something we wanted to check out. The farm is beautiful and tranquil. There is a cute little pollinator garden near the empty lot for parking. Very quaint with a little farm store on location. We sat out on the patio and were very lucky as it was a perfect day. I had heard good things about the deviled eggs so knew we needed to try those, as well as the spinach dip in bread bowl. Both delicious. My husband had, as his entree the salmon flatbread and I had the pot pie. Also both delicious. We had two flights of hard cider. Loved that the names and contents of each cider were on the flights so we could see what we were drinking. I loved the unique ciders eg: jalapeño cantaloupe and lemon basil. There were about 14 we tried all unique in their way. It was a very good experience overall and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants an experience different from the norm. 10/10 :)

Our server was attentive and friendly, it was a busy day, but she made us feel as if we were valued even though she had a lot going on with so many tables. We enjoyed our delicious lunch, easy conversation in the side room and appreciated the customer attention we received. It’s always a pleasure to eat here!

Peaceful Belly offers a great experience in fine dining. The food is amazing and very imaginative. It had a warm friendly ambience and the staff give superior. Great time relaxing time spent with friends.

Everything was perfect! Our server was AWESOME! She gave some great suggestions as to what to have for lunch, and made sure that everything was to our satisfaction.
