We are a family with a rich Thai heritage that has been passed down for generations. Our love for Thai food and culture inspired us to create a fusion of traditional Thai dishes with a modern twist. Growing up in a Thai household, we were taught to appreciate the balance of flavors and the use of fresh ingredients in our cooking. Our menu features an array of dishes that combine Thai spices and flavors with other cuisines. Our goal is to showcase the beauty and complexity of Thai cuisine while infusing it with modern and creative flavors. We are excited to share our passion for food with you and hope you enjoy our unique fusion creations.

Our restaurant is located at 4034 W Kennedy Blvd right next to The British Shop and in the same plaza as Sucre and Chicken Salad Chick. Place a to-go order for your office or dine in with us in our cozy dining room!

What a surprise when I saw the location of this restaurant... a hidden gem. My guest and I loved our delicious food and the service was very good. We will be back.

The food is always delicious. Can't say enough about the oysters rockefeller, spring rolls, ahi tuna, crab fried rice & sweet & sour grouper.

We really enjoyed our meal at Paul's Fusion Kitchen. We had the ahi tuna and oysters Rockefeller for our appetizers, and both were very good. I would have liked larger oysters, but the flavor was excellent. Next, we had the potato crusted salmon, drunken noodles, and curry duck. They were perfectly cooked and well seasoned. We really loved the drunken noodles. Service was attentive and nice.

We loved this place. It is very small so as it grows in popularity, expect longer wait times. We had the crab fried rice, and the Drunken Noodles with shrimp. The shrimp was cooked perfect. We definitely recommend

It’s a very compact place, have about 20 seats but ideally the space is for 10 -12 people. Food is delicious and the ingredients were fresh and good quality. But took 30 mins to bring the entrees and the price is way over the top.

This is a perfect place to eat! The service is absolutely outstanding and the food is so good! It’s got room for just about 30 people total, so it is a really intimate place, perfect for a date or small get-togethers. You won’t be disappointed. No liquor license yet but you can BYOB!

We are so excited about Paul’s! My husband and I found this gem during my pregnancy and have been back with our infant multiple times! The staff and owners are so sweet and care so much about the food and experience. We have tried almost everything on the menu and haven’t had a bad thing yet! We love the fried rice, drunken noodles and the crab cake! The vegetable springs rolls are the BEST in town! They do not serve alcohol but you can bring your own! Thank you Paul’s for such a good experience!! Try this place, you will not regret it!

Staff very nice and the ambience is good. Honestly it’s not really fusion as they have either Thai/asian pad Thai : friend rice or American chilli, nothing is really a combo /fusion.

Friendly & professional family run business. Food was outstanding! Crab cake, Duck, Grouper & spring rolls were perfect as was the desserts. Beautiful interior as well. Highly recommend this local gem.

Definitely a neighborhood gem. Went last night and we tried the spring rolls, drunken noodles with shrimp and sweet and sour grouper which were all amazing. Service friendly and efficient. No liquor license so byob. Will definitely return.

I love this restaurant! It's an unassuming aim-to-please place. I only discovered it this past weekend, and we went back the very next day. I believe they have only been open for less than a year. The crabcake was one of the best I've ever had. The next day I had the Pad Thai (with shrimp for only $3 more) which was outstanding. The menu was enticing, because I want to try many more dishes. Servings were generous, so I was able to enjoy the meal again for lunch on Monday. It's small but nicely furnished and very clean. It's on my go-back-to-often list. This is one of those places I had to share, but was hesitant to do so, because I was afraid it would become too crowded.

The decor is chic and the service was excellent. The food was really good. The only issue is that the layout of the restaurant is like a take out place so is a bit odd. It’s pricey for the location but still enjoyable.

This quaint restaurant many be small but it’s packing a big punch. The New York strip was delicious and the curry is so thick and flavorful! Some of the best I’ve had. Do yourself the favor and try them, you won’t be disappointed.

The best Thai food I’ve ever eaten! The restaurant is beautiful and everything is made from scratch and with tremendous care. The owners were hospitable and generous. Don’t miss this experience!

We had a lovely lunch at Paul’s Fusion Kitchen, the restaurant is beautiful, very modern, clean, decorated with taste and the food is delicious! The service was also excellent and we enjoyed our lunch there. As a French person, I had to try their French onion soup and I was not disappointed, loved it! I also got their pad Thai that was really tasty and a large portion! I highly recommend to stop by this restaurant for a nice meal.

What a wonderful find! This place is going to be a definite Foodie destination in Tampa Bay. I can't stop thinking about the Satay, Curry Duck and Oysters Rockafeller. FIVE STARS!
