    We took out of town guests to Paul Martins. It was loud and food was not as good as I’d hoped. I had the tri tip summer special and the meat was overcooked, dry and just not great. Others had fried chicken, it was a better choice. The sides that came with the meal were good. It’s a great location and easy to access.

    Online menu was not accurate. They had limited (overpriced) vegetarian options. And my daughter was not able to order chicken parmesan because she has a seafood allergy and the waiter confirmed they fry everything in the same oil.

    Our server Anne N did a great job - the menu was set due to Mother's Day and the food offered was quite good - would recommend Paul Martin's

    Unfortunate experience. They were overbooked with reservations. Our food took a very long time. We were seated at 12:40 when the reservation was for 12:15. We were informed by our waitstaff this would be the case, but at that point what choice does one have?? 3 meals ended up being comped by management after we were very unhappy with our meals. The prime rib was very nervy and had too much gristle. My moms plate was cold and my brothers omelet was overcooked. The server we'll say has room for improvement. My moms coffee was served ¾ of the way, without cream or sugar. The dessert was gross. I do not recommend dining here. I probably will never return.

    Our meal was terrible. Mother’s Day and Mom’s egg Benedict entree had been cooked much earlier in the morning and placed in a warmer to be served throughout the day to the masses - the manager even admitted it. We waited over an hour for food to come. In the end, her meal was comped. The other meal was just sub par. We will not return.

    I am very disappointed. Our waiter was inattentive, messed up our order, and paid little attention to basics and details. The food was worse than the service. I ordered a steak that was charred on the outside (almost completely) and blood red in the middle even though I ordered it Medium. We waited for our food for so long, we did not have time to redo the order. Very very disappointed because I go to this place for quality service and food. No longer a fan.
