We have not been to PM's in awhile and was very impressed with the food except for the Caesar salad. It wasn't like before and kind of bland. The brick chicken and skirt steak are always good and the roasted cauliflower was perfect!

We dined later than usual on Mother’s Day. It took 12 minutes to seat us despite having a reservation. The server was very pleasant. The lower rating has to do with the food. My short rib was not very tender albeit the flavor was great. My mother-in-law’s prime rib was rare instead of medium rare. For not being very busy, the service seemed slow.

Went there for Mother’s Day for the options they had since we don’t eat red meat. Online they didn’t state there was a pre fixed Mother’s Day menu like all the other restaurants, so we decided to go to Paul Martin’s. Sadly when we got there it was all prefixed. We all ordered the same dish because there wasn’t much of an option for us, but the food was still delicious. And the staff was amazing

Menu was limited from their usual all day menu without notice. Prime rib and steaks were overcooked (no pink at all and requested medium rare). Server was MIA most of the time. Disappointed.

Disappointed- I was looking forward to Mother’s Day brunch. Instead I got dinner. Our reservation was for 2:00 so we missed the brunch menu and got the dinner menu (which was not what I wanted in the afternoon). We did not get our food until 3:30. My kids and I were all hungry. The portions were small and it was the dinner menu so, more expensive. Our server was nice but clearly too busy. Plus it was so dark (at 2:00 in the afternoon) we needed our iPhone lights to read the menu. Not the experience I was hoping for.

Awful service for Mother's Day brunch. Kitchen was running behind. Food took over an hour to come out. We had to ask repeatedly for our starter. When food did arrive- my dish was missing 4 components. Waitress acted insulted when we mentioned that half my lunch was missing and that we needed a steak knife to cut. She returned with chopped up radish and told us she had to do it herself and almost cut her finger in the process. She was not apologetic nor did she try to make things right or better.

Eggs Benedict had no hollandaise sauce and a soggy muffin underneath. No flavor whatsoever. French toast was just a thick piece of bread. Very expensive.

Literally the worst experience we’ve had here. You’re better off not being open if you can’t handle the crowd. $400 brunch, waste of money and time. Steaks were over cooked. ‘Parfait’ was literally melted ice cream. Server was nice, but service was slow. Probably won’t be back.

Halibut was overcooked, very pricey and braised short ribs had to be cut with a knife. Lots of tables available and still had to sit in bar area since host wouldn’t seat us u til right at our reservation time. Second time giving this place a shot. Neither would make me return unless it’s to enjoy the nice bar area and have a drink.

I had a reservation for 4 people at 2:00. We sat on the patio. Server was very nice. Drinks were just okay. I asked for a specific drink and gave server exact instructions how to make it. It wasn’t made correctly. Two burgers were ordered. They were way off what is usually served. Buns were not cooked, aoli sauce was not applied the usual way, burgers were thicker and dry. The amount of fries with meal were about 1/2 as much as usually served. It took about an hour before our food arrived. We’ve been coming there for over 15 years. Disappointing visit.

Food was great. Noisy by large party where waitress sat us and the waitress was super slow to take our order or bring out food so was disappointed about that. We had to ask for water after a long wait.

Last minute decision. Good choice. Always consistent. Hamburger was good. Not exceptional nor would I have it again. Enjoyed the crab cake. And a wide range of cocktails which I greatly appreciate. The service was good. Nothing noteworthy. It did bother me that from my vantage point I could hear two of the servers, both men and not young pups so they should have been more professional and not have spoken of a guest that just left.

Went for a Saturday brunch and shared the omelet that came with potatoes, fresh fruit and a cheddar biscuit. Everything was great except that the potatoes were loaded with hot sauce even though the menu did not state this. I had indigestion the rest of the day. Steven was our waiter and he was terrific!

We really enjoyed the patio dining experience. Our server, Tim, took great care of us. The happy hour menu is a great value, and we went with those delicious offerings. But we couldn’t leave without having the Butter Cake dessert. And you shouldn’t either!

Paul Martins is a favorite for us! Wonderful food and service! Loved the short ribs and the devil eggs, spinach & artichoke dip…so good! My friend loved the salmon tacos and the butter cake! It was a great lunch!

Wife had prime rib. Delicious. I had New York steak. It was cooked medium rare and they did a pretty good job. Meat was a little tough. I’ve been able to bbq better New York steak myself.

We ordered calamari which was overcooked and tough as was the chicken. I ordered the snapper and got a bottom cut making the portion very thin and small. The service was great however I doubt that I will be back.

Overall, not a great experience. Asked for an ADA friendly table without a step up and of course they seated us at a table with a step up. Very little room to navigate in the restaurant if you have a cane or a walker. Everyone’s food was marginal and it certainly didn’t justify the price. Service was adequate albeit a little slow. Wouldn’t hurry back.

Great experience! Our server was amazing, she went above and beyond. She knew we were celebrating and made sure she did everything she could to make it special! Service was fast, food was good. Sone of the prime rib cuts we received were really fatty, but I don’t know how they could manage that.

We had another great experience at Paul Martin's on Easter Sunday. Anna, our server, was quick and attentive. Food was delicious and staff was helpful! We will be back!
