Les fondateurs Brian Bennett et Paul Fleming visionnaient un restaurant dans leur voisinage - un endroit servant des plats faits de A à Z avec des ingrédients de première qualité, bien préparés en suivant des techniques simples, puis proposés à des prix abordables. C'est en adaptant ce concept et ces valeurs dans la cuisine du restaurant qu'est né l'établissement Paul Martin's American Grill. Aujourd'hui, sa devise est toujours « Délicieux & de Saison ». Il sert des viandes et des volailles fermières, des charcuteries et des fromages artisanaux ainsi que les meilleurs fruits de mer de pêcheries durables. En plus des plats, il propose des cocktails à base de spiritueux infusés maison, des bières artisanales ainsi qu'un choix de plus de 100 vins, dont la plupart sont disponibles au verre. Very welcoming from the moment we walked in. Our waitress was very helpful. The steak was cooked the way we asked for it. They surprise us with desert when we finished eating dinner.

Very nice meal, this is an upscale restaurant serving good food at premium prices… service and ambiance both very good as well.

Service is superb. Overall food was okay and I don't think justifies the price. Overall a nice brunch place with family with no waiting on a Sunday.

Our waiter was Wyat and he was phenomenal. Not only was the service above and beyond but so was his personality. When my husband paid the bill he shook his hand and thanked us for coming. To top it off, when we left the restaurant he was at the door to open it and hold it open and again called my husband by name, shook his hand and told us to have a great evening. We eat out often and that was without a doubt the best personal service and attentiveness ever! He’s fantastic!! 5 stars

Servers did the best they could on a very busy Mother’s Day! Spinach Artichoke dip was overly spicy and missing the artichoke. Salt and pepper shrimp were very yummy and hot! Biscuits were bread-like, not flaky. Prime rib was good but over-cooked. I didn’t dare send it back for fear of not getting anything at all before everyone else finished. The salmon and filet were delicious! As a side note… only one vegetarian entree choice. And please bring back the chopped wedge salad!

I enjoyed my Mother’s Day. The service was good and the food was delicious. Out door seating was nice and comfortable.
