          They had a limited menu and the food was not good. Salad looked old and browning. No salt and pepper available. Had to wait for them to find some. Food had no taste. It was cold air blowing on us. Couldn't get anyone to help. It was a horrible meal. I will never go back to Paul Martin's..

          Paul Martin's was fantastic for Mother's Day. We had a nice table, the food was fantastic, the ambience was great. We loved that they had a fixed price menu for the day with a number of wonderful selections. We love coming here!

          Although my favorite the Wedge Salad was discontinued, I did find the house salad tasty. Half of my prime rib was fat but cook well, the box potatoes were too salty and they could do better with having a broader variety of sides to choose from but they don't. And the booths are far to small for the comfort of four adults.

          Atmosphere was nice. Service was way better than expected. Started off with the deviled eggs, they were good, but not over the top, making course was blackened ribeye and brick chicken. Again both were tasty, and prepared properly, steak was a little tough. For dessert, went with the Tiramisu and it was off the charts good. Best part of the meal.

          Walked in the restaurant and the place was empty, it was 3:30 in the afternoon. We asked if we could order at the bar to get happy hour prices; was told that if we wanted a table we could not buy drinks at the bar or we would have to dine at the bar. We had a business meeting and there was 6 of us, so then I asked, what if I order at the bar for myself and take it to the dining area and I was told I couldn’t do that either, so we took a table and skipped happy hour. It took over 25 mins to get a drink and another 20 minutes to get our check, for what we paid I would expect much better service than what we received. Service was slow and this is the first place, I could not buy a drink at the bar and take it to my table. I felt offended with the waitress behavior in front of my colleagues.

          I am so very sad at how much Paul Martin's has gone downhill. And, it shows in that on a Saturday night it was mostly empty. We started with the Ahi Poke Lettuce Wraps. The tuna had absolutely no flavor. The radishes had absolutely no flavor. Normally Poke has a sauce. There was none. I got the Brick Chicken (which I have been getting there for years). It used to be plump and juicy. And, being a 1/2 chicken, I would take 1/2 of it home. This time, the dark meat was non-existent, it was just the skin. And, even with the au-juice, the white meat was dry. My husband got the ribs. Used to be they were fall off the bone and very tender. These were completely dried out and burnt. Sadly, after many years going here, we will not be going back.
