The staff was very helpful and explained their food offerings. The food was very good and was plentiful. We will go back again when we are in the area.

Wonderful place for gourmet Mexican food. Dress is casual and super welcoming of children. Restaurant is not huge so reservations are recommended. Everything was amazing. They have small plates or tapas and larger size entrees. Perfect for sharing and family style eating or individual meals. Desserts are also unique and memorable. Try it!

Food and service was wonderful. Recommend for a nice dinner. Will have to try brunch soon.

Most of the food we had was wonderful. The mussels were amazing and some of the others very good. Guacamole was delicious but some of the chips were over salted to the point they were not edible. Cocktail I had was unique, refreshing, and interesting. Served was nice but the service left much to be desired. Long stretches of I attention and big lag time for food/drinks. One part of our meal was suppose to come with corn tortillas which were never brought to the table which was disappointing since the fish would have been much better with them. Overall I like this place and hope that they work out the kinks in their service.

Wow. Now I know why Top Chef alum Carlos Gayton has a Michelin star. The food at Paseo was sublime. The freshness of the ingredients came through, and the depth of flavors really came through, forming a perfect balance with the heat and spice. Standout dishes including the Queso Fundido (our 9 year old daughter didn't think she was going to like it but then couldn't stop talking about it for the next 3 days--it comes with an amazing fresh-baked sourdough unlike anything we've ever had before), the guacamole, the conchinita pibil, and the grilled shrimp. It took a little while longer than expected to get seated despite the fact that tables remained empty (the restaurant had just opened a couple weeks before so they probably didn't want to run at full capacity yet), but that was more than made up for by the friendly and attentive service and, of course, the amazing food. Chef Carlos could be seen walking the dining room to make sure things were running smoothly and even stopped by to welcome us and say hi. I think that, once the word gets out about Paseo, it's going to be the go-to restaurant in Downtown Disney (if not all of Anaheim).

Took over 90 min to get entrees and they don’t even include rice. It’s a Mexican restaurant!

Was very excited to try this place but was pretty underwhelmed with the experience. Our party stuck with small plates and drinks.. the one drink I wanted was “out of stock” and the small plates were definitely different, but not that great. Queso fundito was runny and they gave us bread instead of traditional tortillas. Ceviche was not ceviche, everything was in whole pieces and required chopping. It was a lot of work and not very good. Beef tartare was just ok, but I expected better for a Muchelystar chef. Oysters left you wanting. Frankly it wasn’t worth the hype and we found it very bread heavy. Our waitress was nice, but she wasn’t fit for a nicer restaurant. She didn’t know much about the drinks, got a lot of, “I don’t know” when asked about the dishes.

My wife and I were very anxious to try Paseo and were not disappointed. The food, our server (Michael), quality of food and atmosphere was really outstanding and didn't disappoint us. We will be back again.

They need a better front of house system that’s more efficient. The hosts take long and shouldn’t be sitting people. The Front desk stays empty for long and no greeter. Bad start from walking in and waiting. The food wasn’t great for the price so I’d advise go try another place.

Food is so so. What you would expect from a downtown Disney restaurant. Stay away from the clams. 3 clams for 27$.
