Pascaline Bistro & Patisserie is a charming French gastronomic gem, located in Santa Rosa,
in the heart of Sonoma County, owned and operated by Executive Chef, Didier Ageorges.

Pascaline has always been a fan favorite in Wine Country, and is open daily, offering breakfast & lunch and is now SERVING DINNER Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights. Visit our intimate East Santa Rosa location to experience the same great service and quality that guests from near and far have come to enjoy. With indoor & outdoor covered dining, and our proximity to Montgomery Village, this is the perfect place for date night, a girls night out or a business lunch that is sure to impress.

From our Patisserie at Pascaline, buttery brioche, croissants, and flakey Kouign-amann are rubbing crusts
with quiches and tartine. We serve earthy and healthy salads, gourmet sandwiches, classic Croque Monsieur and home made soups.

We were surprised to learn of its existence and reserved for that very night. It was so delicious. And everyone there was so friendly and informative. Definitely will return.

Best meal I’ve had in a long time. Small, quiet, cute atmosphere. The chef came out to talk to me about special dietary needs. Food was fabulous from start to finish.

We chose Pascaline for a birthday dinner based on solid reviews calling this a “hidden gem.” We were not disappointed. This place really is a hidden gem. You must make reservations now before it goes off!! I promise once this place is discovered by the mass it will be hard to get in! The atmosphere was warm and inviting. The staff were all amazing, every single one of them. You can tell they are treated well and really love working here. Service was exceptional!!! This experience made my birthday so special. The food was delicious, well plated, and well priced. The chef came out to say hello. He is a gem of a human and we could taste the love and care that he puts into every dish. We had the Beouf, Steak, and Salmon. We also enjoyed the pork belly and coconut shrimp. I will be coming here as often as I can. My new favorite place. We didn’t get to try the bakery but plan to come by one morning to try the treats!!

It’s the second time I’ve eaten here. The food is absolutely delicious and the staff is so friendly and efficient. Each of us had a different entree and they brought extra utensils so we could taste all of it. Even shared a couple desserts. I will return soon

The food and service were both great. The Pate’ Charcuterie was plenty for 3 of us to share (had leftovers to bring home). We ordered the Beef Bourguignon & Grilled Akaushi Steak options and all of us LOVED it. The desserts were fabulous…Gateau chocolate Noisette, passionfruit cheesecake, gateau basque w/ crème anglaise.

My partner and I stumbled upon Pascaline off Montgomery Village last Saturday night, enticed by its recent addition to the prestigious OpenTable Selections in Santa Rosa. Uncertain if it leaned towards a bakery or a casual dining spot, we decided to take the plunge, and boy, are we glad we did! Pascaline was an enchanting surprise, boasting an atmosphere that effortlessly marries elegance with comfort. Its interpretation of French cuisine is nothing short of refreshing. It offers a palate-pleasing experience that doesn't break the bank, all while being attended to by a staff who excels in hospitality. The wine selection, a harmonious blend of uniqueness and affordability, led me to discover my newfound love, a Chardonnay that danced delightfully on my taste buds. Chef Didier, a maestro in the kitchen, radiates passion for his craft and demonstrates unwavering loyalty to his team and patrons. His personal touch, evident from the warm greeting to the meticulous check-ins on our dining satisfaction, elevated our dining experience to new heights. Our culinary journey commenced with the grilled asparagus salad, a symphony of flavors harmonizing atop a bed of crisp greens, complemented by the warmth of locally sourced bread. Opting for the 'Farrosotto' with kale and baby mushrooms, I was treated to a lighter, healthier rendition of risotto that didn't compromise on taste, thanks to Chef Didier's masterful touch. My partner savored every bite of his impeccably cooked skirt steak, accompanied by grilled vegetables and chimichurri sauce, a testament to the chef's skill in balancing flavors and textures. The Mango tapioca pudding, served in an elegant martini glass, was a tropical delight. At the same time, the passionfruit cheesecake, almost too beautiful to devour, left us in awe of its exquisite taste. In a region teeming with culinary treasures, Pascaline stands out as a hidden gem destined to win the hearts of locals and visitors alike.

Beautiful and delicious dinner with friends. We were all delighted with our salads and main courses, plus a shared dessert. It’s a charming, low-key space that made for a comfortable evening, and the service was attentive and helpful. Truly a gem of a bistro. We plan to return soon!

The entire dinner was delicious! A bit expensive overall. For that kind of money you would expect tablecloths. Overall thought, it was a good french dinner for Valentine's Day! We will go back.

The food was the best I've had in quite a while. I had the sea bass which was incredible. Everything was cooked perfectly, the quality of the ingredients was remarkable. It was a bit rich for an older tummy, but tasted wonderful Service was friendly and considerate. The space was pleasant but a little cold.

It is fantastic, delicious, and an excellent and authentic French restaurant for Santa Rosa or anywhere in the Bay Area. We are lucky to have such a restaurant for lunch and dinner.

I got to the restaurant a bit late but my friend was already there sitting in the cold restaurant!! I think the food is very good to excellent but overpriced and the wine selection was not good. They have a very slim selection of wine btg and less by the bottle! Service was excellent and besides how cold the restaurant was it is designed minimalist and stylish. Plus the chef Didier Ageorges came out and started a conversation with us which was great!!
