We experienced the most exquisite Brunch…it was a beautiful experience from the moment we checked in at the hostess stand until our palates were totally satiated and we rolled out of there.;-) The staff were sweet and accommodating and I couldn’t recommend the omelette chef enough, as I think it was the best omelette I have ever had! There were so many options, so we are looking forward to their next brunch on Mother’s Day!

We visited my brother in law who was in town for a conference. It was Valentines Day so we weren't able to get a table. We decided to come back a few weeks later. It was definitely worth the wait. We ordered the friend chicken and the flat bread pizza. Everything was delicious. The waitress was nice enough to give us some of the special hot sauce to take home. We even ordered burgers to go for dinner the next day. Service and atmosphere was great! We will definitely return.

Terrible! We searched for a restaurant we could take our friends from out of town. We had such a pleasant intro via the host, Michael. When we sat down, the server Shaneese was rude from out the gate. We never got to order our entrees after an hour so we left. We did have an app and drinks, to which she charged a top shelf bourbon when we wanted house. Too overpriced and poor service for a restaurant with great potential.

The place is beautiful. I great spot for a quiet dinner with a special someone or small group of friends. The music was perfect. A young woman playing popular tunes remixed in her personal style; loved it. The food was okay. We had the fried green tomatoes. They could have used a bit more seasoning, and it was literally a drizzle of the jalapeno dressing. They needed more. Steak was well cooked and seasoned, same for the asparagus. However, the mash potatoes needed a bit more black pepper or a hint of garlic...something. Our server started out pleasant but as the night went on, she seemed agitated and less attentive. We didn't take it personal, but it looked as if she was the only server the night and a large party/gathering had just arrived. Overall, we would go back but maybe just for a drink and app to enjoy the atmosphere and music.

Had the burger and house fries. Both were delicious. The service was outstanding. Attentive, efficient and a delight. We were asked how far away from the bar we wanted to sit in order to minimize noise which was so appreciated. When making this reservation, I didn’t realize that Parkwoods was in a hotel so I was a little bummed pulling in however it was a great experience and we will be back! Parking was validated by the restaurant which takes that cost out of the equation. A nice touch.

The only issue that we had was that parking was included according to the reservations. We were given a voucher by the host, but the valet said it doesn’t work for them and we paid $40 in parking.

We went there for Christmas Day lunch buffet. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Our waiter Brian, tended to our every need. The live music and wandering Santa added to the magic. We’ll definitely be back!

I enjoyed the Christmas day brunch and it was great! Clean organized the staff was very helpful and kind. They even had a station for children to decorate cookies. Brilliant

Christmas dinner did not include turkey, ham or pumpkin pie! Desserts were terrible. Cakes were dry and everything was super sweet. Last year the buffett was excellent but this year it really missed the mark. Won't be going back.

What an experience, from the customer service to the entertainment, to Santa and of course the food. Everything was amazing. 10/10 highly recommended. Will definitely be back next year.

We went there for Christmas Day brunch. It was so nice! The brunch buffet was quite impressive with many delicious options. They also had a cookie decorating station for the kids and even a visit from Santa himself! Would definitely come back for Christmas brunch again.

We arrived early for a reservation, and they were are able to set us. Our service was really great and ambience was wonderful. However, we waited over an hour for our food. The manager and we Server were very apologetic and comped my daughter’s meal. The food was good, nothing to truly write home about but worth a visit.

My husband and I went to Parkwood for Thanksgiving. We were pleasantly surprised at the wonderful service and food. The meal was amazing. The turkey was perfect. We left room for dessert and was bot disappointed with the sweet potato or pumpkin pie.

Slightly elevated tavern food with unjustly inflated prices. The food was good but the value did not match the price. Sub par wine menu. Clean and calm atmosphere, attractive outdoor area.

The Parkwoods staff was exceptionally accommodating, communicative, and welcoming of our group. They were responsive to our needs as a larger group despite a very busy evening, and they food and drinks were delicious.

The server was bias towards us we were not respected as guests honestly. It took an hour to be serviced and then another 30 minutes for the fried green tomatoes appetizer.

The food was mostly good but nothing memorable. I had the ribs with Mac n cheese and collard greens. The collards were homemade and good but need a little more seasoning. The Mac n cheese was the worst dish. It wasn’t very cheesy and lacked flavor. The ribs were meaty and good…but so are the ones at Krogers lol. No grill or smoky flavor to them but they had decent flavor. The service was a little slow but it was because we came right after a convention so that’s not fully their fault. The restaurant is esthetically beautiful though. The backside where the water features are were a whole little vibe!

We were disappointed in this Father’s Day brunch. There was no buffet and the Father’s Day menu was rather limited. We had 11:30 reservations and ordered mimosas and were told by our server it was illegal to serve on Sundays in Dunwoody. Then we saw a table with a different server drinking mimosas and Bloody Mary’s. The hostess made it right for our table. We also didn’t know that there would be a $20 valet parking fee whereas self-parking was validated. We also didn’t notice until after the fact that a 20% gratuity had been added to our bill. Shame on me for not noticing, but most restaurants only do that for large groups and we were a party of 4.

Beautiful venue, The outside is just gorgeous. Service was friendly, professional and welcoming. Maya our server was amazing! Food was absolutely yummy.

Absolutely wonderful experience! We came for Mother’s Day and had their delicious buffet. The service was excellent and we were checked on frequently. The staff had a station near us and they all took time to talk to and engage with our little one who was so curious about her surroundings. Our favorite part of the buffet was the giant shrimp, crab claws and the sushi. I am still drooling thinking about how wonderful the food was. There were plenty of choices from breakfast, lunch, fresh fruit, pastries and even a tree with macaroons. There was also a kids area of the buffet and they even had a table set up to let kids paint as an activity to give the parents a little quiet time.

Great place for family holiday brunch gathering. Easter was lovely! If you can afford the spectacular buffet, it is totally worth it. A huge variety, including fresh seafood (oysters, crab claws, shrimp), sushi, carving station (rack of lamb), omelet station, belgian waffle station, and full complement of breakfast and lunch buffet items + dessert. You will want for NOTHING! Plus service is friendly and the ambiance of looking out into the beautiful Ravinia garden through floor-to-ceiling glass windows is wonderful.

We came for drinks & snacks so didn’t experience the full menu offering. Yet the service from Danielle was great: she was actually servicing five different tables with large parties, and did not miss a beat.

Parkswoods is a rather typical overpriced hotel restaurant. The food and experience were fine, but nothing special. Hotel guests seemed more interested in the gardens for pictures. And valet parking is $20….

I booked this place because the pictures online looked unique. This place did not disappoint! Both indoor and outdoors is phenomenal!!!! It’s so peaceful and relaxing! Our server was Mia and she made our evening PERFECT!!! She had the best customer service! She’s a server that you think, I want her number because I want to kick it with her.
