Opening December 7, 2023 on the corner of 48th Street and Lexington Avenue in New York City.

A New-American Brasserie’s food and beverage offering, complemented by a high degree of hospitality, will be similar to other David Burke restaurants – both welcoming neighborhood spots and dining destinations.

Park Ave Kitchen by David Burke is celebrity chef David Burke’s first new venture in New York City in almost three years and a welcome addition to David Burke Tavern, his flagship NYC locale.

We decided to go to this highly rated restaurant inviting out of town guests to experience good food in New York. Some of it was good, but the sea bass was dry and overcooked. I ordered the lamb, which was excellent, but the side of couscous was very salty (and I like salt but this was very very salty). My guests seemed to enjoy their food but nobody raved about it. The restaurant was mostly empty, which surprised me. David Burke needs to pay more attention to this restaurant.

The express lunch is good value and the food was good. However, the cookie selection for dessert was a major let down and not up to the David Burke standard. It would be better not to offer it up. The cookies were like they were from a corner bodega, bland like sandpaper, and very sloppily presented - shoved onto a plate. Totally out of sync with the rest of the meal. The noise is too loud - difficult to talk to one another at the table. Service was a tad lacking. Staff should be told to be a little more patient with diners.

Park Ave Kitchen has become a very busy business lunch spot! With the high volume of people, it is understandable the volume of chatter would match. Dixie Lee Bakery by David Burke supplies us with numerous treats every morning, from cookies to breakfast pastries, the award-winning key lime pie and other delicious treats. The fresh cookie plate offered at the end of the express lunch has been a popular addition to a fast-paced lunch service, so much so that we have had cookie bags made for guests who ask to take some back to the office. Service standards are high in all of our restaurants and although reviews, both posted and verbal, reflect this, we would love to hear more details about your visit. Unfortunately we were quite disappointed The decor is nice enough casual Service was ok but not super attentive My Cosmo was very good and my husbands margarita was ok. Tuna tartar Appetizer was pretty good as was the bread basket. We ordered 2 types of steak medium rare. Filet Mignon and Rib eye which were cooked correctly but had no flavor as in steak houses where the special chargrilled ovens are used. The creamed spinach was the best . French fries were ok not great. All this for $270 . Not worth that money . We actually bought a discounted gift card promo for $160 worth $200 as it was a David Burke restaurant . We had to add $70. Not pleased. David Burke can do better!

Fantastic. Eddie the manager was VERY accommodating of my toddler in providing him foods to eat and making him laugh every so often and our Mother’s Day brunch experience was great as a result!! Can’t wait to go back!!
