Overall this was a solid but average experience. While using the restroom, observed staff not washing hands before returning to work. Sound system should be maintained or upgraded.

Papa Gallo always an impeccable experience! Our server, Jennifer did an amazing job taking care of us. She has great customer service skills and very professional!

The service was horrible. Waiter was not present & became extremely rude as the night went on, which is funny because he was absent from the table most of the night. Did not explain menu choices properly when one guest asked. Then proceeded to say he did explain it when we decided to send it back. He passed us numerous times & did not ask us if we needed more drinks. The bus boy asked. He did not check on the table & when he was flagged down he was annoyed. The waiter ruined the birthday surprise in front of the birthday girl with no regard. The restaurant was not busy so there is zero excuse. I specifically gave instructions during my booking process. At that point I decided to speak to a manager which is something I never do & she was worse. She decided to send out a shot glass of whip cream with a candle for the birthday gir!!!! Talk about embarrassing!! Food is good service horrible!

Food & drinks were fantastic! Pricey is my only negative. Went with a party of 7 and everyone loved their meals
