Terrible service: - Table was not ready when we arrived. We had to wait at the bar area for 20min. - They also said the party would start at midnight, but they turned off the lights around 11.30PM. Just imagine eating your food with the iPhone torch because they delivered the food a tad late… - Coktails will take more than 30min to get to the table. And sometimes they forget what you ordered… Better off with a bottle service rather than dealing with inexperienced waiters/waitresses.

Das Steak war zäh aber das Essen im großen und ganzen gut. Das Lokal wirbt mit einem Dinner und Event Konzept zum Abend. 3 Tage vor dem Essen habe ich per WhatsApp die Anfrage erhalten ob wir den Tisch auch nach 23 Uhr behalten wollen gegen eine Mindestverzehr. Fand ich schon etwas unschön in Anbetracht des Preisniveaus des Essens. Nichts desto trotz haben wir den Tisch mit Mindestverzehr gebucht und dann vor Ort erst erfahren, dass Cocktails und Long Drinks nicht inbegriffen sind sondern wir nur Flaschen ordern können. Also ziemlich viel Geld für sehr wenig Service, weshalb wir uns dann gegen den Tisch entschieden haben. Die Leitung die wir auf diese fehlende Information hingewiesen haben war auch nicht sonderlich freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Leider komplett an unseren Erwartungen vorbei. Sobald das Restaurant voll ist, wirkt der Service katastrophal überfordert. Auch das Essen war nicht mehr als mittelmäßig. Tut mir Leid, dass können einige Restaurants in Berlin deutlich besser…

The restaurant is has a new atmosphere different from the type of restaurants that Berlin usually offers. Overall the place, price and ambience are really good. Only thing to improve is more quality on the service: like recommending a dish, or drinks, mentioning there's also a bar you can go after, etc. It will be great to have more variety in the cocktails menu, as there was nothing different from what you can get at another bar.

We had a reservation but they still let us wait for 45 min until the table was ready. Then they gave us the worst table even though there wore some others free. When we asked to change the table they said no cause everything is booked but nobody came to sit until we finished our dinner. We also had to order twice. 20 min after we had made the order the waiter came back and said they lost our order so we had to do it again. They still messed up our order , bringing this we didn’t want and forgetting about the things that we actually ordered. The meal was also not that tasty and cold. It was definitely the worst experience i have ever had, terrible service and very incompetent staff. I wouldn’t recommend this shame of a restaurant even to my worst enemy.

Voller Erwartungen haben wir unseren Valentinstag im 🦋 verbracht. Allerdings folgte relativ rasch die Ernüchterung. €34,- für eine verbrannte Fertig-Pizza zu verlangen ist wirklich dreist. Im P1 in München geht das, aber da wird die Pizza aber auch von Profis gemacht. Jeder der die gehobene Gastronomie schätzt wird hier wirklich enttäuscht. Eher etwas für Teenies die gerne am Tisch tanzen und von gehobener Gastronomie eher weniger Ahnung haben. Sorry aber das war gar nichts.

Es wird mit einem Dinner und Dance Konzept geworben. Dem war jedoch nicht so. Man wird in die Bar verwiesen nach dem Essen oder man muss einen weiteren Mindestumsatz von 1500€ am Tisch machen, um am Tisch sitzen bleiben zu dürfen während der Party. Personal sehr unfreundlich und bei Bezahlung wurde man angeschrien. Nicht tragbar so ein Verhalten. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Not easy to find if you don't know where it is...precisely. Be prepared. Once inside politely greeted and seated. Unusual and open, also lounge-like, feel (its well done) - seating and tables well organised. Low music plays...enough to notice but not intrusive. Food and drinks choice very good and quality of both very good. Food a little slow in coming but not a major concern. Standard of staff service excellent. No complaints.

Das Ambiente ist sehr schön und einzigartig im Vergleich zu vielen weiteren Anbietern in Berlin. Das Essen ist preislich eher hoch angesetzt und dadurch erwartet man ebenfalls hochwertiges Essen. Vorspeisen sind super lecker gewesen. Die sehr häufig genannte Trüffel Pizza war leider sehr trocken und der Teig war sehr fest, schon fast zäh. Die Getränke schmecken, aber sind nicht außergewöhnlich & dadurch zu teuer. Der Service ist gut, aber dauerhaft im Stress und dadurch längere Wartezeiten.

What an amazing experience. My wife booked here for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond for us. Amazing vibe, beautiful food and would definitely love to come back!

We loved the vibe, but the food was off :-( The tasting was off, especially on the gnocchi with a dash of cinnamon on it?! The drinks were nice and the wine was great, but came too slow as we already had our food before drinks. Would recommend for a night out but not for dining out.

Sehr gutes Essen für Nicht Vegetarier.Vegetarisches Essen wie die Polenta ist such gut, es fehlt hier nur ein wenig an Gewürzen.Als einziges Bier vom Gass gibt es Carlsberg, was nicht zum Niveau passt.Die besseren Grimbergen Biere die auf der Karte stehen gibt es nicht mehr. Negativpunkt: Nach dem Essen kann man nur in die hinteren Räume zur Cocktailbat.Dort wird aber geraucht und es gibt nicht viele Plätze, so dass wir nicht mehr warten eollzwn bis man Tanzen kann.

Um 22 Uhr kam ein DJ und nach Küchenschluss wird das Restaurant quasi zum Club. Hat sehr Spaß gemacht!
