Delicious food, drinks, and service. Emerald, Stephanie, and a gentleman working with him ( didn’t get his name) were outstanding. They were able to get one of the lunch salads that wasn’t on dinner menu for us. They went above and beyond. We had the platters burger , wings, and steak salad , along with drinks. The food, and presentation were delicious totally worth it. Beautiful outdoor tiki bar. Will definitely be back.

An amazing experience from beginning to end. The surroundings were amazing, our table was the best (birthday celebration). We ordered all appetizers...amazing presentation and flavors. Drinks and wine list were phenomenal. I would highly recommend PAPAYA as a dining experience and not just as a meal. Service was impeccable! We will definitely be returning here!

Took my parents here for lunch and let’s just say we thoroughly enjoyed our drinks and food! The ambience is amazing too being outside. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a restaurant with a great vibe and scenery.

This is a great spot for lunch with a view if you’ve been hanging out at Evermore Bay or for a drink from their outdoor bar by the fire pit in the evening. The poke bowl was so fresh and tasty!

Papaya Club is hitting it out of the park with the perfect marriage of setting, food, drinks and overall service. This open air location boasts the most immersive experience in the Conrad Hotel. Set on the white beaches and poised for beautiful sunsets - we were very comfortable sitting back at our table taking it all in. The menu, both cocktails and food pair perfectly with this setting. We ordered five dishes, and each one was a pleasant surprise - bursts of vibrant, FRESH flavors that we each simply had to share just to show how our dish HAD to be the best one at the table. Our service was lovely, with team service we felt well cared for including offering us blankets when the air became nippy as the evening turned. Our only disappointment was the valet, as mentioned by another reviewer. We actually had a higher tab (due to a larger party) at Papaya Club than we did at Ceiba, yet they charge for parking at Papaya Club. This is NOT the fault of the restaurant and shouldn't deter you from going - but The Conrad is selling this location short by presenting it as less than Sophia or Ceiba. We were charged $10. plus tip for valet - note there is no other option for parking. I absolutely look forward to returning to Conrad and bringing friends to the Papaya Club. It oozes all those amazing Florida vibes you hope to catch when traveling here. I have to add, that wherever they are sourcing their produce - NEVER stop! The robust freshness and mouth-filling, aromatic flavors were beyond notable. It isnt often that you go to a restaurant and come away wishing you got to meet the farmer!

The Papaya Club was absolutely amazing we loved the decor and layout of the restaurant. Great choice the food and drinks were tasty. The feel and vibes of the restaurant felt like we were in another country.

This restaurant is offered in "Open Table" among the restaurants of the new Conrad hotel, so I wanted to try it after being enthusiastic about "Sophia's Trattoria". This Thursday evening, we were the only table... The manager Carlos welcomed us well. The waitress was charming but very slow... We tried several dishes which were original and very good, with exotic and refreshing flavors. The big negative point is that when paying the bill, we presented our valet tickets parking lot to have them validated. Carlos the manager then explained that the validation of the valet parking was only valid for “Sophia’s” and “Ceiba” (the Mexican restaurant), and it took a long time to negotiate our free parking… The hotel not offering self parking, it is absolutely not logical to put “Papaya Club" on "Open Table" and not to validate free parking for local customers!!! The restaurant last night was empty (2 tables in all) so it would still be more profitable to allow locals to come and dine without impose the price of a hotel valet parking! ( $50 !!!) The employees last night for this restaurant were more numerous than the number of customers...If Conrad does not don't change on this point, we won't come anymore...this which is a shame because the setting is very pleasant and exotic!

Beautiful place , delicious appetizers and generous drinks. Service is ok, long wait. Please be aware there is No Self Parking! We paid $53.25 for Parking after spending almost $300 at Papaya.

I would have given them a 4.5, if i could. It's a brand new place, so totally understandable that they're working out their service. We also sat outside at the fire pit making it harder on the servers. Overall nice place, a little pricey for what you get for food wise which is also why i did give it 5 stars. I would go again though but i would probably sir inside or at the bar.
