Join us every Sunday for our Roast Dinner menu (shown on our website). This menu contains a 2 course roast dinner menu for £19.95 along with some individually priced favourites off our A La Carte menu including fish and chips, 'scouse' scouse and our Panam Burger. All bookings for Sundays will be dining from this menu.

We arrived early and were seated and only waited a few minutes and we ordered drinks the server kept an eye on us and when we were nearing the end of drinks then reordered. Prompt service then food order easy service again very quick excellent meal good portion size hot and freshly cooked. We all had the Rump Steak and ordered the sauce. Definitely good value for money and would return thee only small criticism is the tables were a bit sticky and wet but that’s it. Definitely recommend.

Came here for Bottomless Brunch to celebrate my birthday with friends. We arrived on time and were shown to our table after initially being sent to the area. We waited approximately 15/20 minutes then had to ask a member of staff to take our orders as nobody had been over to us. They apologised and had been under the impression that we were waiting on another person to arrive. After this however the service was very good, we had plenty of drinks and the food was amazing. Overall I think it was very good value for money and I would recommend it to other people!

Amazing place on the docks for Bottomless Brunch. Plenty of staff around to attend to the table. Never left without an empty glass. Nice food, quick service.

Slightly disappointed on this visit as the chips were too overcooked and not nice. Otherwise food is really nice.

From start to finish our experience here was great. We had the bottomless brunch and it was brilliant, proper portions of great food and really good drinks. Even though they were busy we were never without a drink! Would definitely recommend and we’ll definitely be returning!

Great value for money. Lovely meals included in the bottomless brunch. The service was excellent. They made sure our drinks were flowing constantly. The only negative I would say is that the jukebox request wasn't very good as when you are sitting downstairs, you can't really hear the music that you have requested. Would definitely book again and request to sit upstairs.

We have eaten here before and was happy to return but unfortunately being made to feel uncomfortable and as if we shouldn’t be there is something we didn’t expect , we had two servers one was excellent but the Irish girl was extremely unwelcoming and if it was a chore her being there and made a special occasion rather unpleasant, I have been in this trade myself for many years and have rarely come across someone serving that made you feel like walking out Her behaviour was unacceptable and because of her the boys with us even contemplated leaving This made the beginning of a lovely evening to the darts extremely bleak, I suggest this individual has refresher training or change her job

There was a straightforward menu but each course had a unique additional feature which enhanced the flavour. A truly enjoyable pre show meal.

Having been before, knew what to expect. The staff were excellent and attentive. This place delivers on all levels. Great food, excellent surroundings, with fantastic service from the staff. 10/10

Always fantastic service, food and drinks are gorgeous. The manager really looked after us as they were busy and we were not served many drinks for our bottomless brunch, the manager sorted out 3 extra drinks each for our party of six after our brunch had ended. Highly recommend it is my 7th time here, and I will be back love it thank you

Lovely restaurant pleasant staff very friendly had an issue with my meal , I was offered something else or a replacement which I agreed to no issues with the food after replacement . Was also given free drink which I thought was nice.

I ordered the layout which should have had prawns mussels & white fish … I had NO white fish .. nobody asked if the food was ok & a service charge is added to the bill so be aware of this .. wouldn’t go back ..

Service was great, food was lovely (Sunday roast). I expected the music would be way too loud after reading other reviews, but it was actually fine. I’d maybe have it a bit quieter, but it didn’t really detract from the conversation

I had to put in a complain to management, the staff were not attentive during the 1.5 slot we had for the bottomless brunch we pre booked. The management checked how many drinks we had received and could see it was less than the usual amount for the time we had been there . Eventually this was resolved and we were offered to stay for a further thirty minutes and provided with a bottle of Prosecco. I have been to bottomless brunches before were bottles of Prosecco are offered straight away and the staff consistently ask if we are wanting another drink , we had to ask for every drink at Panam, and this was not easy as the staff were so busy serving others as the manager had admitted it was a busy period with events on at the local theatre . I made a comment to the manager over the policy of finishing the one drink and then you can have another way of working, I stated having a bottle Prosecco is soon going to be gone between two people. Despite our experience being dampened we were offered the bottle of Prosecco and extra time, friends of ours went upstairs in the building and were consistently offered drinks , being sat downstairs we had a different experience, perhaps staff should be assigned just for brunches in one location or the restaurant and then the bar and restaurant staff can serve those who coming in for food off the main menu. I won’t be retuning again soon as I was very disappointed , it also was very cold in the building being next to the Albert dock wouldn’t of helped, but perhaps heating could be considered also .

Lively venue, nice surroundings. However, I booked a table a number of weeks ago and was dismayed to to be shown upstairs to a high table with bar stools with music speakers either side of the wall we couldn't hear each other speaking, so had to ask to be moved! The pork belly starter was mostly fat, and the chicken supreme with mash had so much garlic in it, it was inedible. We had to flag a member of staff down to request dessert menus, as we waited and waited. When the bill came, staff had tried to charge us for a bottle of wine that wasn't on the menu and was £4 more expensive than the one we ordered! Overall not a great dining experience, which was a shame as we liked the look of the restaurant. On this basis don't think we'll be returning!!!

Lovely location at Albert Dock but the food was just ok. There was no ambience which was unusual as Mother's Day. It wasn’t very warm so sat in our jackets. Value for money was ok Don’t think I’ll be returning.

Weren’t asked if meal alright. No desserts available. No decaf tea. Females left feeling vulnerable in mixed sex toilets, deep down in noisy building.

Average experience from start to finish. Staff were friendly and polite but service was very slow. Food was nothing special. Felt like we were paying for the location rather than the product. I doubt we will return.

Came on Wednesday (21/02) for a late valentines/anniversary meal with my girlfriend. Food was lovely, drinks were lovely when they weren’t served in a glass with lipstick on it (happened twice). Service was strange, no smiles, no chat (apart from the bartender when i asked to change the glass the first and second time), no eye contact, no warm greetings, loud swearing about other customers who had just left on the table next to us, no check backs to see how the food was, empty glasses left sat on the table for the whole meal, no apologies for the lipstick on two glasses (apart from the bartender, he was dead sound) and when we asked for service charge to be removed the guy, who i’m assuming was the supervisor, just snatched it off the table and stormed off without a word before going back to the bar when we saw other staff just turn around and stare at us. I work in hospitality, it’s really not hard to give good service but these guys somehow made it look like rocket science, if you’re chatting about customers at least don’t make it so obvious. Good food and good cocktails but 100% will not be returning.

The food was fantastic and came out in timely order. Didn’t feel rushed whatsoever and the servers did a fantastic job of making me and my date feel attended too. The ambience was lovely with a good view of Albert Dock and wonderful seating. It was quiet but there was some chitchat from the guests which added to the ambience. I was only upset by the fact that the service charge was only added on at the very end and we were not asked if we wanted it. Overall a really good experience.

Went here for valentines and the service was amazing. I was expecting it to be slow on valentines but the servers took our orders so quickly and were very friendly. The food came out quickly too. The food was unreal, especially our starters: salt and pepper squid and prawn pil pil, both big portions and tasted unreal. Would definitely come back here.

Huge portions, we didn’t have room for a sweet. Food well presented, very tasty. Room nicely presented for Valentines Night. Staff lovely.
